- Blackshiraz (9/5): Superb - Facilities were very good, all basic kitchen needs were supplied and the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and lovely to use Nil
- Victoria (3/5): House was fine for what we needed it for, Staff were the disappointment of the booking. - Pool was great, good location Facilities not working like the ducted cooling ( ac still worked however) Staff were not ideal to deal with, document to fill in guest was not working so could not put my guests names in, on booking did say it was 2 guests staying which was a error however I verbally told them multiple times I had 4 other guests staying with me and then on day of arrival they sent an invoice for additional $300 with no previous discussion about this, after I had already paid $500 security deposit. The terms of this property are very strict wanting us to clean the pool, NO noise 9pm -8am, and I felt discriminated as I am 26, they advised they don’t usually allow guests under 35 and I must adhere to no partying, no one sleeping over and NO noise between 9pm-8am, what if I had a baby or child with disability? Just because I am 26 does not mean I am a partier. Property also was not as clean as I would’ve expected considering their strict rules, felt crumbs on feet walking around and under the bed was covered in dust and lolly wrappers.

The backyard and outdoor area is not something you see very often in rentals and we utilised it! Honestly, we only had one small issue and that is there is only one shower and toilet. It wasn't major and we were fine but I think a second toilet would have been amazing!
