Vanessa (9/5): Agradável, mas, como é distante de tudo, seria interessante deixar alguns itens, se não em reserva, pelo menos disponíve - A casa é agradável, com uma vista para a natureza. Fácil acesso da BR 040. Área da piscina com sauna e churrasqueira bem legal. Embora os quartos sejam diferentes, meu grupo gostou. Dentro do condomínio, o acesso à casa é bom, mas há duas rampas que, em dias chuvosos, o carro dá uma derrapada. Se vc não tiver problema com ladeira, não precisa se preocupar. Ficamos sem TV na sala porque o controle não estava funcionando e não havia pilha reserva nem de outro controle que fosse do mesmo tamanho. Tivemos que comprar. A ida à Itaipava fica cara porque o condomínio fica pouco depois do pedágio (R$21,00, cada trecho). Éramos 7 mulheres e 3 homens (de quinta a domingo) nos foram deixados 8 rolos de papel higiênico, sendo 2 já em uso. Precisamos sair para comprar, desta vez, fomos à Areal, que não tem pedágio na ida e, na volta, fomos instruídos pelo porteiro do condomínio a fazer uma bandalha.
