• Carol (5/5): - No breakfast supplies. Stay was average. Had to ring twice to get correct lock box code for keys. Lawn mowed. pest control needs doing, cockroaches and ants around. Exhaust fan in main bathroom not working. Air con in Main bedroom not working properly. Windows need attention, very hard to open. Safety Blanket and fire extinguisher not accessible, these were in cupboard. Fire extinguisher not safely checked. Dishwasher handle broken. Unable to close Range hood fully. No walking space around bed in room behind garage. toilets very slow to refill after flushing. WiFi broucher in lounge was wrong password.

You could not walk around the bed to get to other side Fans in bedrooms worked on very fast speed or off . Nothing in between Slat blind in one room was broken Bathroom Venetian blinds broken Lawn was not mowed and was unkept Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work Exhaust fan in ensuite was dirty Why was there leftover food from previous people still there ?

To begin with was provided 2 different codes to lock box - neither worked, had to contact through booking.com messages to find correct code. Cleanliness - dirty fans, one of the towels had bleach stains all over it, looks like left over items piled in bathroom cupboards, found a used razor under sink. old beds - main bed looked like it was going to fall apart. old furniture - couch needs to be thrown out as old and feels disgusting to sit on. Only cold water in the ensuite.

• Shanoa (8/5): Great family accommodation - It was very spacious, had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and really suited our needs as a family coming to attend a funeral. Air-conditioning in all the bedrooms would of made it exceptional.

• Corina (6/5): Needs a bond clean and replacement of fans and other electrical items. - The size of the house. The location. The price was very good. Convenience of having essential cooking items like oil, salt, pepper, etc. available. That is appreciated. Air conditioning filters are filthy and need a clean. Fans are old, and most don't work on low. Some are noisy and should be replaced. The garage roller door is very noisy and needs to be oiled. The windows, screens and walls are all dirty. The TV volume distorts, which makes it very noisy. The plates are too big for the dishwasher. The windows are difficult to open, and you need fresh air as the house is dirty. The blinds don't work properly and fall off. It is offensive to tell people, on the wall instructions, that they can't drink or smoke on the premises. All Australians know that smoking inside is not permitted, most anywhere in public places, let alone in someone's house. You also can't dictate if a person chooses to drink alcohol on the premises. This was advertised as booking.com property. The linen was left on the clothes line by whoever cleaned the house. We were unable to use it for our washing. One of the beds was so old it squeaked the whole time you moved. There were also no spare blankets. There is also no light in the garage that is working. The exhaust fan is noisy over the kitchen stove, and the one in the main bathroom does not work.

• Nicholas (2/5): Absolutely atrocious!!! DO NOT BOOK! - NOTHING Absolutely atrocious!!! Ant infested master bathroom, no hot water in either of the batrooms, exhaust fans in bathrooms absolutely disgusting, gaage door only worked intermitedly, bedroom furniture falling apart, door handles falling off, shower grout disgusting, air conditioner looks like its falling apart, exhaust fan switch in second bathroom inoperable... not recommended for anyone! Left early to fimd reasonable accomodation! DISGUSTING!
• Lauren (2/5): Would not stay here again - It had aircon There was cockroach poo everywhere, not enough cutlery for my family. Not enough towels/facewashers etc and no aircon in the other bedrooms. A dangerous looking platform in the backyard. Other people’s washing on the clothesline that was then taken down/collected while we were staying there.
• Regina (8/5): Very good - Location, price, and size was all great. Internet good and beds comfortable. No dryer, all of the kitchen items were filthy (maybe because of the dishwasher not being great). No lamps in bedrooms but for the price point you could look past some of this.
• Natina (5/5): very basic bare essentials accommodation. - Keys were in a lock box at the house for easy collection. The actual house was clean and tidy and in a nice quiet location. The beds were not professionally made. No matching linen on the beds, main room doona cover smelt like underarm BO and was horrid to sleep on. Not enough towels supplied, linen left on clothes line and dishes in the dish washer. Cushion on the lounge could do with a good wash. It was cold but there were no extra blankets to put on the beds. Very basic accommodation with no added luxury touches like bedside lights.

• Christian (8/5): Very good - The size of the property was really good and suited our needs. We fit 8 Adults comfortably. Value for money and spacious. Would recommend and definitely would stay there again if visiting Gladstone in the future. Felt like a home away from home!!

• Duncan (6/5): Attended a family celebration. - It’s a modern 4 bedded small home with one living space. We had 3 generations staying and had a room for everyone. There was a full size kitchen and a bath. It was central to Gladstone and the family celebrations we were attending at New Auckland. There was only 2 towels left out and we had to search for others and found them in a very untidy linen cupboard. There wasn’t enough cutlery or plates but we made do. Some of the plates had chips in them. It had air con in the lounge and main bedroom, fans in the other rooms. The washing was still hanging on the line and the garden needed mowing. Then rules they had laminated on the kitchen wall wasn’t exactly welcoming. There weren’t any details if you needed to contact the host.

• Danielle (4/5): Not really happy - Good location Was dirty, tap in main bathroom sink you could pull right out, both toilets had trouble flushing, air con in main lounge the cover is holding with a bandage and when you use it the cover falls. Carpets are all stain, sheets were left on clothes line. Fridge stunk of seafood. Had to put lounge back together as it's has nails holding it together
• Michael (8/5): We had a fantastic time close to all things east to exit and enter property - It was quite , bed was comfortable good shower in ensuite. But the smoke detector outside main bedroom was missing and batteries need replacing remote controls. Missing a tv in main bedroom and may be coaster for drinks on side table placemats
• Justin (7/5): Good - location there were missing light bulbs, no smoke alarms. the cupboards in the kitchen were not clean, fans had built up dust. The fridge in the garage had an awful smell coming out of it. The garage doors were so squeaky.

• Christine (7/5): This was a great house for our family group to stay at. The hosts are responsive. - The house is spacious and was in good proximity to the airport and relatives There are no smoke alarms at this property.

• Toni (8/5): Lovely house and value for money - Modern home, very comfortable main bed, well equipped kitchen, value for money. On the booking.com website it states that it is 250m from the CBD and the map shows that. That's why I booked it back in January. When it came close to the stay in April, I located the address and found out that it's actually in a residential area out near the airport. When I looked it up on booking.com I found that if you click a few more times on the property/site you then find out the important location details. It didn't worry us too much but it was initially booked because I was after something in the CBD so we could walk everywhere.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Clean and Spacious - We didn't spend a lot of time at the property, so didn't check out the kitchen equipment, but the house was clean and spacious and suited our needs. Great location for the airport and shopping centres. The grass was very overgrown giving the property an unkempt look, the linen cupboard very untidy and the air-conditioning in the main bedroom didn't work very well, some bedsides lamps would be nice, not very homely, but minor issues for the short stay that we had.

• David (9/5): The house was fantastic value for money and way exceeded our expectations. - The house had everything, full kitchen with some condiments (good quality pepper and salt), space for the kids to be kids, easy access to Gladstone centre. Location was close to shops, airport, Stockland, sports fields, Dan's and a great pub. Fully fitted out with crockery, cutlery and utensils, dishwasher, Netflix, A/Cond, Fans in all rooms. Master bedroom with ensuite. Fantastic value for money and way exceeded our expectations.

• Darren (4/5): Disappointing - Location and size The fridge didn't work and took 3 days to be fixed. Range hood didn't work. Lots of mai tenancy required on property. Furnishings very basic and cheap. No bbq at the property. They had a rule which was not advised prior to our stay which said no alcohol can be consumed at the property.
