  This house features 2 bedrooms, with 3 beds in total. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and doors opening onto the rear terrace. The 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed that can convert to 2 king-single beds. There is 1 bathroom with a large walk in rainhead shower. The lounge/dining room opens onto the front sundeck terrace featuring a BBQ and outdoor dining area. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please note that the maximum occupancy is 4.

• Miranda (9/5): Great host, cozy and well-kept accommodation, ideally located. - Location was perfect. Across the road from the beach and a short walk to the shops and restaurants which was very convenient. Not a complaint, just a suggestion: A TV in the main bedroom would be a great addition for families. In the evenings, we had to keep the volume quite low in the lounge as it's close to the second bedroom where the kids were sleeping. Having a TV in the main bedroom would have made things a bit easier and more comfortable.

• Angelene (10/5): Quirky little apartment, a stones throw from a beautiful beach and pier. - Great little apartment in a super location a short walk from beautiful Rosebud beach with a lovely pier. Beach is clean and perfect for families. Apartment was spotless and host communication was great, not too over the top but full of easy info. Car parking was tight, larger cars would have to park elsewhere. Expensive for a small apartment that is not new, however we did stay over a long weekend, but for $350 a night I'd expect resort facilities for this (for comparison).

Directly across the road from the beach and 500m from supermarket/pharmacy/cafe etc. The unit had everything like it was home away from home, the outside shower to rinse off was a bonus! The only thing there was no wifi, the reception wasn’t great due to time of year so the cellular network is bad due to demand. It’s a minor thing for us being on holidays but would have been handy to watch our series at night in bed once the kids went to bed :)

• Samantha (8/5): Great weekend away great location with easy access to local shops etc. The only downside would be no wifi - Great location easy to get to and everything you need is supplied. No wifi is the only dislike unfortunately and could be a big issue for some. While we were able to hotspot we couldn’t stream to the tv and was just fortunate that I had DVD’s in the car as well as the ones at the property.
• Lucy (7/5): Lovely house, but not super cosy. No wifi or streaming options. - Decor was cute. House was clean. Check in was easy, host was easy to communicate with. Couch would probably be described as a piece of outdoor furniture, quite uncomfortable, definitely not cosy. Price was high for the features. Beds were ok, but electric blankets would have made things more comfortable. No wifi, or smart tv, which is not clear in the description. House is listed as beachfront in the features, which is not accurate. Would have been very happy if the price was lower, but for that price some more comfort and features are needed.

• Brooke (10/5): A wonderful hidden gem - Great location, family friendly. It is very clean and well furnished, also has everything you need when you're away from home. Simply stroll across the stress for beach access to see stunning sunrises and sunsets. A slightly higher couch would be great. But we didn't sit long enough for it to be a huge bother.

• Ellie (8/5): A great spot to explore the Mornington Peninsula. - Great location to explore the mornington peninsula, easy flexible checkin, clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Private outdoor spaces. Well thought out extras like beach towels, shopping basket. Cole and woolies within walking distance, several bottle shops, cafes nearby. A little small for more than 3 adults e.g. small couch, but very well set up for kids (the second room had activities and all).

Sunset Over Sea Little Beachside Villa was super clean with a lovely retro, beachy decor/ vibe. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Rosebud. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops and beautiful beaches, and a short drive to Peninsular Hot Springs.

• Helen (10/5): A well-provisioned and immaculate beach house! - Erica left clear instructions for us and we were able to get in with no troubles at all. There was always an extra key on the property if we needed it. The place is immaculate, with lovely gifts on arrival. There were heaps of toys and games for the kids, and the beach was right over the road. We could use a range of provisions such as beach toys, boogie boards, picnic buggy, beach towels, shade tent and so on. It really felt like we could make ourselves at home. The airconditioner was powerful and cold, and the ceiling fans did a great job on the few hotter days we had. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed, including cups, coffee and tea-making facilities, dishwasher, tea towels galore, and plenty of cooking equipment. It didn't really matter, but the outside shower and DVD player weren't working when we were there.

• Danielle (9/5): we had a lovely time - great little unit, was perfect for a few day stay. the couch was out only negative. we all ended up with sore backs and the older members of our group had a lot of trouble getting out of it, they had to use other chairs. it’s really needs to be replaced with a comfortable couch. other than that we love the apartment.
