• Pippa (10/5): We would definitely book again when we next visit family in Tin Can Bay. - It was pouring with rain and when we arrived we could drive undercover and unpack the car without getting wet 👍😁. Lovely walks along the waterfront when it stopped raining! Quiet neighbourhood and beds were comfortable, slept so well. 😊 No complaints

• Jane (9/5): A relaxing family weekend getaway. - The house was comfortable, neat and very clean. It had everything we needed. Instructions to access the house were not provided by Booking.com but I phoned the contact number and was provided with the details. I tried to send a message to the manager/owner via Booking.com and just got a message back saying "thank you", which felt automated. I did not find the Booking.com app very helpful. This is not a criticism of the property or owner.

• Laurinne (9/5): It felt like a home away from home. - It was very clean and roomy. Had a great holiday home feel. The safety bars in the bathroom were very useful with young children the beds were very comfortable. Excellent value for money.

No soap or shower in bathroom/shower Poor communication: instructions not clear. Booking.com had a telephone number which I rang. Voicemail message said don’t leave message, text. I did. No response. Eventually my son rant front door bell and a lady gave us lock box number. No milk in fridge

• Stephens (10/5): - Beautiful little spot, and everything was accommodating. Will definitely book this place again in the future. The double beds were super comfortable, the whole house was very cosy and just felt like a home away from home. The single bed my friend slept in, was very uncomfortable, the mattress felt like it was a wave shape. That's the only negative about the place.
• Jane (8/5): Great location. Very comfortable stay - Neat and tidy. Very clean. Great location - close to Barnacles for dolphin feeding. Beds comfortable. Plenty of blankets and linen. Host was prompt with calling me back about the key location. Her instructions were clear. Beds were a little rocky when moving/ rolling over. Maybe need bolts tightened? But comfortable. Had a single bed in the room but could have possibly fit an additional double bed for an additional person. My son is very tall so found it a tight fit for him

• David (10/5): overnight to drop son and daughter off at teh Cooloola 5 day great walk - just called the number ad they gave me the ode to the keybox -- so no problems collecting the keys the premises were very clean and spacious -- much better than a hotel or similar accommodation the premises have been modified to suit quests who may require wheelchair access -- there were plenty of grab rails in the toilet, kitchen and also at the entrance

• Justyna (9/5): Home away from home! - The house was great and had all the things we needed. Lots of space for personal items and equipment. Was clean and tidy. The bed in the front bedroom was nice and firm, which is great. The bed in the rear bedroom might need some attention as it was a bit wobbly. The host has really thought about what was needed and has provided it. Large rooms and bathrooms are perfect for families. Under cover parking for your vehicle. Walking distance to a perfect swimming spot. The only thing missing was some scissors for the zooper doopers. LOL!

Also the lounge room light remains on at all times, very annoying when trying to sleep and watching TV. The main bedroom needs an AC

• Paul (8/5): Clean, comfortable, spacious, good value, easy access, family friendly. - Clean; comfortable; good to have the space of a house as opposed to a hotel/ motel; great value for money compared to other options in the area at the time of travel. Only very minor comment is to please either provide access code and instructions prior to arrival in the event the manager is not available at time of arrival. No big issue, very easily resolved on site.
• Jessica (9/5): Great place to stay with super friendly hosts - This was a perfect place for my colleague and I to stay for work. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. There was nothing that we didn't like about this property.
• Fiona (8/5): Great spacious stay for a good price, very helpful host. - Great spacious accommodation, with everything you need for a good price. Host extremely helpful. TV was a bit of a challenge at first, but with the host's help we sorted it.

The verandah outside was great to sit & chat. We ate outside. Kitchen well stocked with appliances. A few more, larger sized coffee mugs is the only improvement I would suggest.

Excellent communication with a very friendly host. House is a tiny bit aged and there was just a little dust in some bottom drawers.

Thank goodness there was bug spray…. I think I used a whole can. Then had to vacuum up the dead… Also no instructions on how to access the property received ahead of time. Arrived and weirdly rang the doorbell- it was answered and we were instructed where to find the key.
