Felipe (5/5): Próximo da praia, mas suja e antiga. - É muito perto da praia. A localização é perfeita e fácil de achar. A casa definitivamente não estava limpa. A parte de trás da casa, onde fica a churrasqueira está muito suja, além disso a churrasqueira não está apta para uso, devido a estar muito suja. O fogão está muito danificado. A impressão ao entrar na casa é de sujeira, lençóis sujos, capas de colchão manchadas, banheiro com escova de dentes usada, sabonetes usados. A casa é bem antiga (o que não é um problema) e passa a impressão de descuido. Não ficaria novamente. Além disso a dona avisou que um ar condicionado não funcionava, mas dois aparelhos não funcionavam.
