Alastair (5/5): - The house is Ok, though the fittings are older. Location is close to the beach but not at all a beach house, very inward looking, and a bit pokey Shower in the ensuit was awful. The shower head needs to be replaced. We felt deceived. Firstly no indication that the property did not supply linen, until after we had paid the non refundable fee. When I complained we were told we could cancel, but not by booking.com. Secondly no check out time was mentioned until the night before checkout, and this was set as 9:30, earlier than normal.Both left a bad taste in our mouths. We were surprised there was no wifi, as this seems ubiquitous. No outdoor washing line.

Lee (9/5): Great place for a stay at Dunbogan and the beach. - Oystercatcher is across the street from the path to the beach. It doesn't get any easier than this. The house was clean and tidy and furnished with typical holiday home furnishings. Everything worked and we had no problems finding anything we needed. The outdoor areas are not maintained very well and not really usable in their current state and most of the furniture appears to be outdoor furniture that is inside but it works for the holiday home experience.
