• Travis (5/5): - Washing machine broke and didn't get replaced. They had tradesmen come to look at it and they left the front door unlocked and the back door wide open unacceptable security for our possessions. When questioning the owner they told us to use the laundromat down the road and made the plumber ring me and apologise for leaving the house unlocked not much of a consolation after the fact. Disappointing to not have the washing machine replaced as that was one of the reasons for booking this house no offer of compensation or offer to pay for laundry costs. Apart from that the house was perfect.

Near to Islamic Center... easy 5 min drive for Muslim to go for prayers. Will be good if front door panel can be covered w curtain or drapes for more privacy. Some cobwebs found on ceiling in master bedroom.

The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the sofa in the living room is really uncomfortable to sit on. It would be perfect if the landlord could replace it with a more comfortable one.

• Gabrielle (10/5): Modern, Close to the shops, charming little town house, with a lot of room and calmness & style. - Loved how close the townhouse was to the shops, so close to woolworths and the show grounds. Loved the outside area, so calming and relaxing. Couches were comfy, and loved those. Everything was provided for us, which made the stay so enjoyable. The beds were hard as a rock, found the couches more comfortable sadly, but we understand personal preference is a big thing when it comes to sleep and the mattress you like. Everything was beautifully presented, but i noticed a lot of handles were loose or broken, the bath tub tap was broken and annoying to use, was just afraid we would break things as they were loose. Didn't love all the passive aggressive signs around the house, including covid check in signs, i feel like this is stated and should be stated in email upon booking, I understand not everyone is as respectful as us, but we felt like we were being managed like a school camp. This really took away from the charm personally.

Microwave needs an update, it was so loud when it's on. Also, the owners basically arrived 30mins earlier than the check out time and just parked in front of the house waiting for us to get out of the house, so not sure how we feel about that..

Amenities were great Didnt like that the guy came to collect dirty linen from the garage unannounced. He should’ve knocked at the door. Even thou the house had everything we needed, I think the couches in the front lounge room need to be updated. They were very uncomfortable and sagging. After being out all day and wanting to relax and watch TV of an evening the couches were so uncomfortable and forced us to go to bed earlier. Other than that we enjoyed the house. It was spacious and in a great location.

• Eve (7/5): OK but no attention to detail - The house was a great size for a couple or a small family. It was a three-minute walk to the supermarket (Woolworths), and a couple of takeaway shops. Handwash, soap, dishwasher tablets, sponge, sanitizer, and plastic bags provided. Kitchen serving ware was new. The shower and bath were clean. The front door windows were transparent, and the back sliding door had a section of the blinds missing, so no privacy at the front or back of the house. Kitchen and laundry cupboards and drawers hadn't been cleaned. The kitchen bar stools were rusty. There was no drier so it would have been good if there was a clothes horse that wasn't covered in rust. The bathroom sink drain plugs were completely removed and rusty. The heater was out of order. The outside dining setting was covered in dust.

• Isobel (7/5): All in all the property is ideal, or would be once these issues were attended too. - The property is lovely, and close to local amenities. Could do with an anti slip mat in the shower, mattresses weren’t comfortable and lumpy. The 2 settees need more support, when you sit on them you sink into them. One of the chairs at the breakfast bar is broken, thankfully I noticed this straight away, it looked like one of the screws was missing. And the barking dog next door every morning was a pain.
• Andrew (7/5): Great location, facilities are only adequate. - Close to shops and central to Warrnambool city centre. This is the first time we have stayed at a booked accommodation which did not supply complimentary milk and shampoo/ conditioner. The seating in lounge/ tv area is so uncomfortable we were unable to use this room at all. The bathroom sinks fittings are tarnished and look dirty. Attention to detail, thorough cleaning, removing cobwebs and rusted trays would be advised. It is a spacious unit, which is in a great location, but many areas are tired, need a deep clean and some refurbishment.

Instructions provided were clear. Shopping centre (with Woolworths) close by. Microwave needs some attention - it doesn’t rotate, so food is not evenly warmed/cooked.

Loved the outdoor eating area and great to be really close to a supermarket. We loved our short time there. 💗 Probably the only negative thing was the couch wasn't comfortable for those of us no longer in our prime.

• Jasonsharmila (10/5): Perfect to not catch COVID and if you don't want to share spaces with other people at a hotel - Great location right close to all amenities, very nice convenient backyard, kitchen and utensils available for breakfast, paid Internet and Netflix. Easy order food and take away within 5 minutes driving distance. Great Thai food restaurants in Warrnambool. I could not open the garage to put the car in but that's fine I parked the car right in front.
