- Belinda (9/5): Great accomodation, would recommend. - We were a family of 6 adults staying so it was a little tight esp with sofabed in loungeroom but the 2 bedrooms were good size with ample cupboard space. Well equiped kitchen however ski storage loceker was not big enough for our skis and snowboards so had to bring inside. The host communication was excellent and reception staff very helpful The spa and gym room wasnt available for use which was very disappointing as its so nice to hot tub after skiing all day. Host compensated for that which was decent. Ski locker storage small. The noise travels between floors so upstairs guests kept us awake when they would come in late (1am)

We especially loved the Christmas lights around the village that were easily visible from our apartment. How bright the rooms were at night once all lights were off and blinds were closed- it was still very bright to go to sleep. The room without ensuite was darker though.

There was an issue with the A/C but it was fixed the following morning by a friendly Australian. Love the international vibe of Whistler! One free parking space in the basement lot. Confusion about how we would collect the keys because we came on a Sunday. The front desk was listed as being available only Monday to Saturday. As it turned out it's staffed seven days a week.

- Silke (6/5): Perfect location, big enough space, but too hot on sunny days. - I enjoyed that the hotel was in what I would consider the quieter area of downtown Whistler, but still quite central with lots of great places for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks in easy walking distance. I was also happy about the underground parking in general, even though parking spots are very narrow. Having an EV charger in the same parking garage was a big plus! The room is (just) big enough for the pull-out couch and the pull-down bed to be used at the same time, and having separate sleeping arrangements were important to the two of us. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Our "problem" was that it was sunny and hot the 3 days we were there (June 2023). The apartment faces South and the sun shines in all day, which turns the unit into an oven. Blinds didn't help. Fans were provided, but those only brought marginal relief. There's also an air conditioning unit, but it clearly wasn't up to the task and should be replaced with a newer, more powerful model. Too hot in the unit to sleep.

Can be loud at night due to location in close proximity of bars and restaurants. Unit is on the backside of the building so a little quieter than the front side. Hot tub is in a different building across the village stroll!!

Realy far from the lifts (completly at the far end of the village). Worst bed ever, so you dont sleep well to recover from your ski days! Chip piece of wood as a dinner table. Small appartment (you can barely move...). Dirty carpets. Old blinds that dont stop day light. No TV. Advertise as a 5 stars luxury hotel, but deserve a 1 star rating (that's the worst fraud!). OVER, OVER, OVER price (value 80$/night max, even for Whistler). Racist comments against French at reception (you have read me well, terrible). No extra toilet papers provided. And more...

- Kurt (9/5): Very confy condo in the heart of Whistler Village. - We liked the location, close to everything. The condo was very comfortable and clean, well equipped with all you need. The owners provided some snacks, water, tea and coffee. Will definitely go back. The loud music coming from the bar underneath (The Furniture Wharehouse) The music was VERY loud and it went on till 1 am! I went over the next morning and talked to the bar manager. Told him it was not fair to the condo owners and to us since we would have to find another place to stay. Whistler has a 10 PM Noise Ordinance. He said that it was for the outside, but they could play music as loud as they wanted inside. After some back and forth, he agreed that they would turn the volume down, and they did! We were able to sleep well after that.
