Malerba (8/5): Panorama e tranquillità - La soluzione su due piani ha dei vantaggi, ad esempio per l'indipendenza di due coppie in viaggio...ma anche la libertà di due fratelli con camera autonoma. La casa merita , non solo per il panorama fantastico, ma anche per la zona tranquilla , il parcheggio riservato e la vicinanza al market, il balcone abitabile e la zona esterna, la vicinanza al lago e alle sue località e alla Valle Verzasca. Ho già consigliato di aggiornare scritta sulla cassetta delle lettere...sbiadita

Frank (7/5): Lage und Aussicht würden wir sofort wieder wählen, die Unterkunft zu diesem Preis eher nicht. - Wunderbarer Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore. Ohne Baustelle im übernächsten Haus wäre es auch eine sehr ruhige Lage. Oberflächen in Küche und Bad, sowie grosse Teile des Bodens waren sehr sauber. Die Better waren sehr bequem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief sehr gut und zuvorkommend. Sauberkeit allgemein: Unsichtbare Bereiche auf Böden (Ecken, unter den Betten) sowie Ablagen und Küchenschränke waren leider staubig oder schmutzig. Der Balkon ist sehr praktisch und eignet sich zum Essen, leider erschwert das Geländer den Blick auf den See, wenn man sitzt. Das Haus ist etwas überladen mit unnötigen Dekoartikeln und allgemein eher in einem gebrauchten Zustand.
Yana (10/5): Amazing view - Great location, great view. To get to the bedroom you have to go outside downstairs. Neighbor likes to cut the lawn at 7 in the morning.
