• chris (9/5): Great location and facilities for a bike tour. - The location was great for accessing the town and as we were on a motorbike tour the secure parking was very reassuring. Our breakfasts on the patio suntrap were a hilight of our day. The flights of stairs LOL. We would have liked the option of a 2nd pillow on the beds

Everything we required for our Trip . Bathroom was spotless and more facilities upstairs was a bonus. Lovely kitchen and lounge area with everything you would expect.

• Chris (8/5): Very happy we chose to stay there, the hosts were friendly and communicated well, I would stay here again. - The location was perfect for us, a short walk to the restaurants and bars, secure gated parking was just what we wanted so a real plus. We were happy with everything, however if had to pick on anything it would be the incredibly small tv, the size of a small pc screen, the narrow steepish stairs (not the buildings fault) and the kitchen cupboards were a bit strange with small awkward bits of metal to open them.

• Katharine (9/5): Delightful house in great location. - Excellent location for any of the sights in Ypres, right next to the ramparts but in a quiet neighbourhood. Helpful and welcoming hosts Fien and Kristof. A lovely quirky well equipped house with 2 bathrooms, a terrace, safe parking and even a friendly cat! While being full of character the exposed wood stairs were noisy and quite steep. Several of us found the beds uncomfortable.

• Samstephens13 (10/5): Perfect weekend break! - Met by the host and was shown the property. Beautiful house in a great location, only minutes from town and Menin gate. The kitchen is very well equipped. Just bring your own towels. Ideal for a weekend break, many bars, and places to eat and try the local Belgium beers. We also visited Brugge which wasn't far to drive for the day.

• Stephen (9/5): Excellent Location within Ypres - Excellent location within Ypres, just right to explore the museums and war cemeteries. The bars , restaurants and shops were superb and welcoming. The property was cosy and had private secure parking which is a bonus. There was nothing to criticise about the property or location apart from the cooker which was difficult to understand to begin with.
• Denis (8/5): We had a great family stay and would not hesitate to book again in the future. - The location and facilities at the house were great, our host was extremely helpful and friendly.
• Mark (10/5): Our Night Ride with Flanders Fields Chapter - Location was perfect and the house was clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again, thank you. The only downside was the parking for our 5 motorcycles, I was under the impression there was a garage, and we couldn't fit 5 Harley Davidsons in to one parking bay.
