- Henry (8/5): Great location. Friendly host. Utility charges will add 20% to the cost. - Linda the host was lovely and always responsive. She was patient and considerate when our Eurostar was delayed meaning a late check-in. House is in a great location. Supermarket and bakery 5 mins away. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. Perfect for us to visit family in Leuven (10 mins away) and Brussels (30 mins away). We didn't try public transport but with car was very easy. The listing and host do explain that you need to pay for utilities based on usage. Unusual but the property is a good location and reasonable value. However, I was surprised that the claimed utility usage came to nearly 250 EUROS for a 9 night stay (we were out most days and only really slept at the house). Effectively bumping up the price by 20% - an extra 27 EUROS per day. I'd still recommend the house for location and comfort but better without the surprise!

- James (4/5): It was a roof over my head with no ability to maintain privacy and hidden fees for utilities - I couldn't receive breakfast, but that's more on work starting earlier than breakfast was provided. The home was very spacious and very comfortable I really did enjoy the house itself I did not enjoy having to pay utilities, and that that wasn't listed in the booking.com profile which caught me and my organization off guard
- Swasti (10/5): Exceptional - It was really nice to stay at Linda's place. She is very kind and understanding. She did tell us all the rules and conditions. And we were informed that we need to pay for the utilities.
- Apostolos (1/5): How hospitality shouldn’t be - The garden was ok Let’s start from the fact that the lady came 2 days prior our departure to tell us that we should leave the next day,the actual day of leaving she came at 6 6 O’clock!!to tell us that we should be already out of the house,then she came again at 10 shouting and screaming that we haven’t cleaned the house which we spent 2 days cleaning in the beginning because it was dirty,smelly with flies everywhere.Then she started complaining about the trush we left and when i told her that i can’t because her bin was full and not empty during out stay she left to come bach after an hour giving me orders to clean the house. Secondly she asks for a “security deposit” of 300€ of which you will pay for utilities in our ovcasion was 280€!! in middle summer for just 2 persons
