Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 7 per person or bring their own. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Mare aux Saules in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. A baby cot or chair can be rented on-site for an additional fee should guests wish to do so. Please note that bed linen is not included. You can bring your own bed linen or rent them on site at an extra cost Bed linen: EUR 12 per person per set. towels are at 8 EUR per person. Thore (2/5): Teleurgesteld - Locatie Ons verblijf in dit huisje via Ardennes-Online heeft een erg wrange nasmaak achtergelaten. Na ons vertrek ontvingen wij enkel een summiere mededeling dat er schade zou zijn vastgesteld. Wij hebben hier onmiddellijk op gereageerd met fotobewijs waaruit duidelijk blijkt dat de vermeende schade niet door ons veroorzaakt kan zijn. Desondanks werd zonder enige verdere toelichting of dialoog het bedrag toch van onze borg afgehouden. Daarna is er geen enkele vorm van verdere opvolging of communicatie geweest. Daarnaast willen wij vermelden dat de totale kostprijs aanzienlijk hoger uitviel dan verwacht. Hoewel bijkomende kosten wel vermeld stonden, staat het uiteindelijke prijskaartje absoluut niet in verhouding tot wat geboden werd. Wij boeken regelmatig vakantiewoningen, maar deze ervaring – vooral door de onprofessionele en ontransparante afhandeling – maakt dat wij hier niet zullen terugkeren en dit ook niet zullen aanbevelen.
