• yann (8/5): Bon séjour. - Emplacement parfait et dans une petite rue calme. La maison est propre et conforme à la description. Pour plus de transparence, le descriptif est : Au Rdc : salle à manger /cuisine, au 1er : salon et W.C, au 2ème : chambre double, au 3ème : salle de bains/W.C/machine à laver - sèche linge, au 4ème : chambre en mezzanine. Pas de congélateur ni freezer, pas de micro-ondes. (mais pour un WE c'est pas grave) L'utilisation des WC peut devenir un périple la nuit car situés aux étages intermédiaires des chambres.

• Alba (9/5): - Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento, es bastante espacioso y tiene todo lo que necesitas: menaje, sábanas, toallas... e incluso productos de limpieza y para lavar y secar la ropa. Echamos en falta un microondas.

• Annemieke (7/5): Goede uitvalsbasis voor een weekend Antwerpen - Super ligging. Goede uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen Antwerpen. 10 min lopen vd grote Markt De bedden waren écht aan vervanging toe. En het is extreem gehorig. Enkele houten vloeren bieden weinig geluidsinstallatie. Ik zou het afraden voor een gezin met kleine kinderen of voor mensen die slechter ter been zijn vanwege de smalle stijle trappen in het huisje.
• Kateryna (8/5): Perfect place to feel the Antwerp vibe! - The location is perfect. The host is super caring and quick to respond. The building and inside are old and full of soul and character. It was warm inside and really well set up for a stay. Those stairs are scary. But it was expected, and it happened when you want a historical place to stay in. Also, the floor creaks, and movements around the house make a lot of noise, but again, it was expected.

• Vidal García (9/5): - La ubicación es excelente muy cerca de la catedral e ideal para conocer Amberes sin tener que usar transporte. Viajábamos con niños y hacían los desplazamientos con facilidad.La casa era espaciosa y muy bien equipada, con cosas del hogar, juegos de mesa y para niños, libros... Muchas escaleras muy incómodas y empinadas. No cabe el pie entero en algunos tramos y hay que usarlas porque el baños está en la última planta. No recomendable con bebés o niños pequeños que aún no caminen con soltura, tampoco si tienes dificultad para subir y bajar escaleras.
• Suzy (9/5): Top voor een sportieve en culturele citytrip met familie of vrienden! - Zeer gezellig huisje en super ligging voor bezoek aan stadscentrum en ochtendloopje in het groen op Linkeroever (via voetgangerstunnel)! Accoustiek niet ideaal - als iemand ‘s nachts moet opstaan heeft iedereen het gehoord - maar kan moeilijk anders bij dergelijke historische woning. Trappen redelijk uitdagend…

• Franziska (10/5): Traumhaus in Antwerpen - Ein wunderschönes, charmantes, altes Haus mitten in Antwerpen mit einer sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral. Die Betten waren bequem und auf alle unsere Fragen wurde immer schnell geantwortet. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt! Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber für manche Menschen könnten die steilen Treppen ein Problem sein. Da es ein schönes altes Haus ist knarzt es etwas. Für sehr geräuscheempfindliche Menschen könnte das schwierig sein. Uns hat es gar nicht gestört.

• Hans (8/5): Sfeervol verblijf, superplek, gastvrij - De accomodatie is erg sfeervol, een klassiek pand waarbij oude elementen mooi gecombineerd zijn met moderne faciliteiten. De locatie is perfect, een rustig zijstraatje van een centrale winkelstraat. Het matras op de bovenste verdieping lag niet echt lekker
• Merel (9/5): Uniek gezellig huis op prachtige locatie! - Prachtige locatie in hele leuke en centrale buurt, gezellig uniek en klassiek huis met een heerlijk bad! Gezien het een oud gebouw is kraken de vloeren, en als je veel spettert in de badkamer kan het zijn dat er wat water naar de verdieping eronder lekt. Ook kraakt het tweepersoonsbed op de tweede verdieping. Met alle stijle trapjes zou ik het huis afraden als je slecht ter been bent.

• Mark (6/5): A beautiful, authentic 400 year old workers townhouse in what has become a highly desirable neighborhood with quaint str - The rickety yet roomy 400 year townhouse in a very pleasant location. Some important facilities were not well maintained and simple enhancements could go a long way to substantially uplift one’s experience. Clearer, more honest, upfront communication about the lack of noise-dampening from neighbors’ homes and the street would also help a lot.

• Vincent (9/5): Very good experience with friends in this house. - The house was great. Very typical and well located in Antwerp. Communication with the host was clear, precise and we could enter the house easily at the time needed. A little bit of water was able to go though the top floor after at shower was taken. Nothing serious but we were surprised in the below bedroom !

• Paul (9/5): Perfect base in quiet location to visit Antwerp. - Perfect and quiet location for visiting central Antwerp. Bathroom spacious and clean. Hosts maintained good contact. The stairs can be challenging at first until you get used to them, especially if trying to take luggage up them. This is made clear in the house description though, so should not be a surprise to anyone who books.
• Laura (10/5): We had a total of 6 people in 3 bedrooms. It was perfect for our group and such a great location. - The location was great and the old house was so charming. Many original details were retained while adding modern conveniences like the kitchen, bathrooms, and washer and dryer. The stairs are very narrow and steep so you will need to be ok going up and down to different levels for the bathroom or kitchen. Also, there is no insulation between floors so you will hear sounds and creaking floorboards but that is part of the original construction. It is nice to see that it has been preserved.

• Emiel (8/5): Old but cozy (group) accommodation - Great for a family or friend group with the kitchen, dining room, and living room, if you don't mind sharing the double beds. The accommodation, including kitchen and bathroom was clean and the kitchen had enough equipment. Having two toilets was also practical. The house is quite old, the thin floors let sound through clearly and a conversation with the person in the room above/below was possible. (decide whether that is positive or negative yourself). The stairs are also steep, which might be a problem for some. While the house was mostly clean, those of us with dust mite allergies noticed irritation from corners of the rooms.

• Rumasben (9/5): Very nice stay in a characteristic house - Very nice location, historical centre near and nice restaurants. We were with 6 people and the house has good space to have separate rooms/spaces for everybody. Bathroom is big, kitchen has everything you need. Hosts respond quickly and are very friendly. It is a very old house, so very noisy (take ear plugs of you wake up easily) when other people would walk around. The stairs are very narrow, so you have to be careful. It's an old house, so it has a lot of character, so if that's your taste you'll probably like it.
• Gareth (8/5): Very good - Perfect location. If you're ok on steep and windy 16th century stairs it's a very comfortable and charming and unusual house in one of the nicest bits of central Antwerp. We were 5 people and also used the double bed at the top of the house. It's a good bed, but a tight fit around it. No problem for us, but don't expect a spacious bedroom up there. The main bedroom, with a double and single, is lovely though. Sitting and dining room also very enjoyable. If you want something more interesting than a hotel, this is a good choice. Maybe a microwave would be nice?
• H (9/5): Lovely house, clean and comfortable - We really liked this house, comfortable and very clean, with interesting history. There is plenty of space, including a large bathroom with a tub bath that we much appreciated. The stairs are steep, but we are in our mid-70s and we were fine with them. It is in a quiet street with no through traffic, and near lovely restaurants. The hosts were very helpful. There was nothing we didn't like
