Florine (4/5): Mooi vakantiehuis maar onprettig contact met eigenaar - Het huis is mooi landelijk en rustig gelegen. Het bestaat uit twee samengestelde woningen met elkaar verbonden door een kleine hal. De eetkamer is fijn ingericht met ruime tafel met voldoende plek, kinderstoel. De woonkamer is comfortabel. De kamers zijn netjes evenals de badkamers. De keukenartikelen zijn voldoende voor het aantal personen. Het was fijn dat we een uur eerder mochten inchecken (16:00h). Het huis was schoon. Bij aankomst bleken beide CV installaties het niet te doen. We hebben hierover meerdere keren telefonisch contact gehad met de eigenaresse en omdat het probleem niet verholpen was, begrepen wij dat zij diezelfde avond langs zou komen. Dit bleek te berusten op een misverstand. We kregen geen contact meer met haar gedurende de hele avond en de temperatuur in de helft van de woning daalde naar 13 graden. De volgende ochtend kregen we in plaats van excuses, het verwijt dat we die avond haar zoon hadden moeten bellen, omdat zij druk was met andere gasten. De daarop volgende dagen is haar zoon langs gekomen evenals een loodgieter. We moesten de CV meerdere keren per dag resetten om de ruimte te verwarmen. Als compensatie voor dit probleem, werd ons toegezegd dat we de volledige borg terug zouden krijgen. Bij thuiskomst kregen we helaas niet de beloofde compensatie. Kosten voor bedlinnen werden alsnog in rekening gebracht en de communicatie verliep erg onplezierig. We hebben met onze vrienden een gezellig (maar fris) weekend gehad, maar betreuren de negatieve nasmaak van onze vakantie.
