- Ramon (10/5): Amazing stay in a beautiful home in a beautiful city - Beautiful home with great decor. Very comfortable with all you need for a wonderful stay. Huge range of toys for our grandson which was an amazing addition to the stay. Hosts were super helpful. Location was excellent for walking everywhere. Loved our stay. Would have preferred to have paid the city tax through the booking so that we didn’t need to find the cash.

- Marisa Susana (10/5): Spacious and comfy place for a group - The apartment is very spacious, clean, and well-equipped (all kitchen appliances were available, hairdryer, etc). The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The apartment was also near a grocery shop and within walking distance of the city center and buses to the train station. The hosts were very available for any questions. We had a really good stay. The check-out time could be later.
- Christophe (9/5): - L'emplacement pour visiter Bruges

- MARIA (10/5): - The house was in a super quiet location, a nice 15-20 mins walk from the city centre.
Convenient free parking around the corner.
Everything was well signed and informative.
A super comfortable family home with everything you could want.
The family was very helpful and friendly. Nothing
- Valentina (10/5): - The house is fully equipped, big and very cozy. It really felt like being at home. It's perfect for a family and even if we don't have babies anymore it is also equipped for families with babies. Close free parking and amazing location for sightseeing, City centre is at a very short walk from the house. There is also lot of tourist information in multiple languages. Nothing. It was the perfect stay for us.
- Vikram (10/5): Indian Family stay - Everything Location. Hard to reach after 8.30pm since to public transport connection.
- Tivadar (9/5): A spacious, clean, and well-equipped home in a quiet neighborhood with great value - The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, about a 15–20 minute walk from the city center. There’s free parking available nearby, which is convenient if you're arriving by car.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped to meet all kinds of needs — especially useful for families or longer stays. Everything was neat and clean, and the home felt well cared for.
It’s particularly recommended if you're traveling with children, thanks to the space and amenities. Overall, a very good value for the price. Accessing the patio was a bit difficult — possibly due to the extreme heat during our visit (a record-breaking heatwave in Belgium), which may have affected the large door. Additionally, we found it a bit unclear how and when to dispose of the different types of household waste, as the local system and expectations weren’t fully explained.
There were also a few unique house rules and requests from the owners. While some of them felt a bit unusual at first, they were understandable, considering this is a family-owned property with deep personal value and care invested in it.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the warm communication and fantastic location.

- Nicola (9/5): Very comfortable family stay - We loved the size of the property. It was perfect for 6 of us, so much so that one of my boys slept in the sofa bed with his other sibling and the other in with us so we ended up not using the twin room and didn't feel squashed at all with the space we had. The facilities and communication were good. The parking permits and available free parking were also great. Plenty of crockery, tea towels etc. All in all a lovely, homely stay and would (and have already) 100% recommend to other families. The bottom of the stairs is open ie. No balustrade which is not ideal with children or myself for that matter! The stairs were a bit wobbly but as long as taken carefully were fine. The towels left for use were all the size of a hand towel which isn't standard practice where we've been before but luckily I'd taken our own bath towels so it wasn't an issue for us on this occasion. We didn't know how to use the coffee machine and there were no instructions so this could be included for future families. Not the owners fault at all but the neighbours next door were very noisy very late at night, we managed to still get to sleep but a bit of consideration from them would have been good as a small child singing the crazy frog at 11.40pm wasn't ideal!
- Caroline (9/5): Great location. Lovely clean and spacious home which felt like exceptional value. - A fabulous location. Roughly a 25 minute easy walk to the central market square of Bruges. Easy parking. Large living area, well equipped kitchen. The house was clean, the bedrooms a good size. Check-in was really easy, they let us in remotely. Not really a criticism from me, but both my teenage children didn't like the glass bathroom and loo doors.
- Anita (9/5): Overall lovely stay just the upstairs let it down a little. - Well equipped, spacious downstairs living area well presented.
Comfortable beds
. No upstairs toilet and steep stairs one side rope to hold onto.
- Abhishek (9/5): Location - Super awesome stay for a family. Location is the best
- Emma (8/5): Lovely family three night stay. 20 mins walk to city centre. Good value for money. Would definetly return. - Great location, free parking a couple of streets away. Spacious kitchen, lovely bathroom and very homely.
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good - great location the bathroom needs to be improve, the humidity is high and also were some smell from the lavatory
- Lucas (8/5): Great location!! - It is spacious and well located. Easy access to parking. The kitchen is really well equipped. The house has a bbq as part of the facilities. But the owner told us that it was dangerous to use and they removed the bbq grill.
We already had bought meat for the bbq, so it was a downside.
- Shirley (8/5): Brilliant Bruges' Base - Brilliant location.Lovely family feel and so spacious. We never mastered the TV, but that's no fault of the owners, only the guests!
- Gaetan (8/5): Very good -
- Cone (7/5): Good -
- Marika (10/5): V good for family - House layout All great
- Jan (10/5): Absolutely pleased with the property and owner communication. - Location and space Nothing
- Matthews (9/5): We had a lovely time in Bruges, thank you. - Great location within walking distance of the centre of Bruges, local shops and station. Free on-street parking nearby a bonus. The was nothing to dislike. We would have appreciated a freezer compartment in the fridge as the weather was particularly warm while we were there.
- Joseph (8/5): Very good. - Clean and modern. Very nice neighbourhood, a suburb outside of the historic centre. The only downside was the open rise stair, which was a little tricky for our youngest child to navigate.
- Emma (10/5): The perfect long weekend stay - We loved absolutely everything about this property! The location, the cleanliness, the homely feeling, the space!! Pictures don’t do it justice, you need to come and see for yourself how lovely it really is, Me and my family come from the UK for a long weekend for christmas markets, we drove down and we had a car parking space outside; a lovely quiet road with all the shops and everything you need really close by, loved that there was a chemist close by aswell. Everything was so close by and met our standards, We didn’t want to leave! Jonny and Brigette were fabulous hosts, really highly recommend, we will definitely be coming back! Thank you for our stay! :)
- Lucy (10/5): excellent, would highly recommend this property & the very kind and helpful owners - exceptionally well equipped, very comfortable, beautifully presented for Christmas n/a
- Rhys (8/5): Very good -
- Gavin (8/5): Very good -
- Catherine (10/5): A comfortable base from which to explore the city and further afield. - Very convenient for tourist attractions, we made good use of outside space as weather was so warm, but the inside space also had plenty of room. Near to local shops, eg bakery, chemist, corner shop and also to public transport. A good base for a family holiday.
- Nicola (9/5): Excellent all round - Excellent location and lots of helpful information inside Maybe a warning the stairs were openplay. Not an issue with my kids ages this time, but might have been a year or so ago
- Amy (10/5): Convenient, modern home for a lovely stay in Bruges - The location is perfect for us- walkable to downtown Bruges and also to several grocery stores. The back door was tricky to get open but we did finally get it figured out. also one bedroom didn’t have walls which made it a little tough with settling our kids down for the evening.
- Jack (9/5): Bruges is a beautiful city and great location of property. - Great property and location. Plenty big enough for the group of 4. Glass door on toilet would be better as a solid wood one. Warm weather so a fab for the bedroom would have been great.
