Ideal se você quer estar muito próximo da praia, em um local tranquilo, ao mesmo tempo próximo de um local mais agitado (Maresias - dá até pra ir à pé durante o dia por uma trilha), sem muita exigência de luxo, mas com custo-benefício fantástico. Recomendo. Não tenho nenhuma queixa.
