- Mariana (10/5): Ótima! - A casa é maravilhosa, vista perfeita, muito cômoda por ser pé na areia. Tem tudo o que precisa, as instalações eram boas. Nossa estadia foi muito boa e a anfitriã Karina sempre estava a disposição com atenção para nos ajudar!
- Alfredo Filho (8/5): Mesmo com alguns probleminhas voltaria sem dúvida, é quase um paraíso. - O exterior da casa e terreno são perfeitos. A localização não poderia ser melhor, do seu quintal você abre uma portinha e está na praia, um verdadeiro paraíso. E como bônus há cerca de 60 metros, caminhando pela praia você está num barzinho de praia, imbatível. Externamente a casa é linda e muito bem conservada. Internamente precisa urgente de atualizações. O móveis são muito muito antigos, o sistema de água precisa ser modernizado e corrigidos alguns problemas. Contudo, nada disso supera o que o imóvel oferece, principalmente a localização.
