• Rosemary (10/5): Fantastic cottage for a couple! - Great amenities, gorgeous kitchenette with loads of crockery, etc. Wonderful decor with loads of cushions and throws, lovely dolphin items to theme cottage. Outdoor area is fabulous, table n chairs, bbq, able to sit in the sun. Great heating, cooling, lighting, hot water, big shower. Hosts were AMAZING! Extra towels n sheets for our 3 week stay. Lovely chats n wandering the garden with Jan (host). Undercover parking an absolute bonus! Quiet residential area. Nothing!

Still smiling… - This delightful self contained cottage is close to the water, so the location is excellent, although you would need a car to get to heart of Paynesville village. The hosts are funny, very generous and respectful. It was great fun to stay there and I would thoroughly recommend the Dolphin Cottage accommodation arrangements. Nothing

I tried to contact them many times and and sending message More than an hour and a half till today and answered me Was okay But not really comfortable, specially with the noises around
• Nelline (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf tussen de dolfijntjes - Het is een leuk huisje met buiten de mogelijkheid om te koken.Omdat het mooi weer was hebben we daar goed gebruik van gemaakt. We vonden de inrichting van het huisje geweldig. Alles blauw met heel veel dolfijntjes. Bed was prima en de omgeving erg rustig. Bij binnenkomst lagen er hier en daar dode insecten op de grond en het vaatdoekje was niet schoon. Het leek een beetje of er niet een laatste schoonmaakcheck was gedaan. Verder sloot de koelkast niet goed waardoor er elke ochtend wat water op de vloer lag. Als dit allemaal in order was geweest had het van ons 5 sterren gehad.

• Louise (8/5): Lovely, peaceful and quiet. - Had everything I needed and the comfortable bed! Air conditioning was great too 👌 Huge huntsman spider inside. But I got it outside eventually. (I am very scared of spiders 😂)
• Patricia (8/5): Generally good - As I was sailing and had wet gear, I really appreciated the clothes line! Bad infestation of ants in the bathroom - insect fras had built up in the corners beside the wash basin. Several spiders around. The whole place probably could do with a pest inspection!
• Chris (8/5): - Nice quiet area, it was private as the owners where not at the property and we could park under cover. I think if the owners were around, the privacy would be lost.
• Sabrina (1/5): Bloss nicht... - Nichts Wir sind an einem Sonntag angereist und das Vermietungsbüro war geschlossen, somit haben wir niemanden gesehen. Wir sind also zur Unterkunft und waren entsetzt. Sowas von dreckig! Überall (!) Spinnenweben und Ungeziefer. Im Waschbecken im Badezimmer krabbelten Ameisen. Über den Esstisch ebenfalls. Haare und Krümmel auf dem Boden im "Wohnraum". Hinzu kam, dass die Toilettenspülung nicht funktionierte und mein Mann es zum Glück reparieren konnte. Der Grill im Garten völlig verdreckt und mit Spinnenweben voll. Überall lagen Zitronen im Garten (Zitronenbaum). Email geschrieben, keine Antwort erhalten. Wir sind am nächsten Morgen, als das Büro geöffnet hat hin gefahren und haben die Schlüssel abgegeben, da die Unterkunft eine Katastrophe war. Wir haben um die Rückzahlung gebeten und man sagte uns, dass man das mit dem Manager besprechen und sich melden werde. Bisher keine Reaktion. Gestern wieder eine Email geantwortet, immer noch keine Reaktion. Das ist eine Frechheit und ich kann jedem nur abraten dort zu buchen.
• Sandra (10/5): We had a lovely time and will definitely be back again. Thanks to the owners for having us! - Very clean and in a safe neighbourhood. Just the right size for a small getaway. It has the most amazing shower!! I would have loved to have 2 lounge chairs for watching TV instead of just one and some more countertop space around the room would have been nice. But those are just small comfort improvements which didn’t really take away from the lovely time we had. Thanks!

• Dale (9/5): Very cute cottage - Beautiful little cottage. Very clean & comfortable. Hosts lived on the property & were very friendly & informative about the region. It was in a quiet location and easy driving access to everything. Some great restaurants in Paynesville. And we loved Raymond Island and its koalas, even though it rained while we were there (autumn). Nothing

• Margaret (10/5): Hopefully be back soon - Jan and Ernie were excellent hosts very friendly with a lot of knowledge of the area. They were there if you wanted to chat if not you could just relax in the cottage or in their beautiful garden. We didn’t want to leave.
