This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification via our guest registration form, prior to check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Karen (9/5): We had a great week’s stay at Mysig and would recommend for all family types to enjoy all that Catherine Hill Bay has to - Beautiful spacious home with different living areas which worked well with our adult family. Walkable to beaches. Coffee machine got a good workout. Master suite was huge! We did take our dog with us and as requested kept her outside. The covered porch area was a great space for her. Unfortunately this also meant we couldn’t always have the doors open to capture the breezes as she would have gained entry to the house. The back room does capture the morning sun’s heat. Perhaps you could consider providing a child safety gate or install sliding fly screens as a barrier. Also the side gate key is required to get the dog into backyard.
