Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great, 10 minutes walk down/15min walk back up from the lift. There's a local small bus route that drops you off outside from the lift. There are specific times(about every 20mins during peak times) but we tended to find there was always someone at the lift and they were happy to go whenever. The place was very clean and exactly what we needed. Gabi is friendly and was happy to accommodate me paying the deposit by bank transfer instead of cash as it would have cost me to take cash out. She also accepted me paying for the accommodation through bank transfer when we arrived as I did not like to pay in advance to a bank account I did not know. She also arranged for a bread drop in the morning if you'd like for breakfast/to make sandwiches. Kitchen is great, has full hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and all utensils we needed. Also quite easy to get to from a bus and two trains from Innsbruck airport. About €20 each way. Only downside is payment is not through booking.com. I found it a little nerve-racking sending a couple of thousand over bank transfer which was requested a few days before arriving. Although all was fine.
