• OTAVIO (7/5): Bom Custo Benefício de Hospedagem - Bom custo benefício para ficar hospedado no Preá. Achei as casas muito próximas uma das outras e a cozinha mal equipada com móveisde baixa qualidade, fora isso, tudo certo.

• Lucas (6/5): Especialmente em datas como reveillon, não vale o custo da diária cobrado. A falta de limpeza é um absurdo. - As casas comportam 2 casais com espaço. A área de piscina é ótima. A limpeza é praticamente inexistente. Limpam apenas os banheiros e 1x a cada 4 dias. Todo o restante da casa não é limpo, o que é absurdo, especialmente pelo valor da diária. As toalhas são péssimas. O café da manhã é bem “ok”, sem muita qualidade e nada feito na hora, apenas já pronto (por exemplo: não fazem tapioca na hora)
