Maria Clara (1/5): Not a place for rest! dirty and loud dog noises. - Only thing I could possibly like, was the location. 1st: Dirty pools; I couldn’t find courage to step in, the water was yellow and a gross smell was coming out. 2nd: found dirty utensils in the kitchen cabinets, there’s a big note saying that a fine will be imposed in case you didn’t clean them, but also there’s nothing there to clean, like soap and sponge. 3rd: worst nightmare; if your are looking for a place to rest after a busy day at the aqua parks. THATS DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE! There’s so much dogs running and barking all night long. I had a Terrible episode in the apartment 66 which is right against the wall with a small passageway that leads to the back of the building, exactly where all the dogs had a party at the night, they started screaming and barking around 8pm, I’ve been awake trying to make them go away, running after them ( I hurt my foot finger by the way) calling at the reception 3 times over night and I had no support from the hotel, they just said they are dogs from the streets and are hard to catch, they go in and out without problems. Funny is the rule on the kitchen saying that we have to pay a fine in case we disturb the other guests with loud noises, but nobody pays my entire night of disturbing dogs nightmare. If I had 2 hours at sleep that night. HOTEL NOT RECOMMEND!!!
André Luiz (10/5): - Localização é perfeita, a hospedagem já dá direito a entrada no park aquático Jardim do Roma, que já é muito bom e fica praticamente em frente aos apartamentos, também há um complexo de lojas e alimentação dentro do condomínio. Hóspedes também tem desconto para visitar outro parque (bem maior) o diroma Aqua park. Funcionários da limpeza muito gentis. Não são fornecidos roupa de cama e toalhas. O ar condicionado deu problema no primeiro dia. 1 dos funcionários da recepção parecia não estar muito empenhado em ajudar, mas liguei novamente e outro foi muito gentil, fora isso muito bom.

Laís (7/5): - Gosto muito de me hospedar no lacqua, apartamento com cozinha completa, o que facilita muito com criança. Os funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Não tem armários ( guarda roupa), nao tem onde colocar as roupas, as malas tiveram que ficar no chão e o ar condicionado está quebrado faltando a frente ( funciona. Mas espirra água na gente a noite toda kkk)
