Need to finish renovating like the main bathroom and put a concrete driveway in. - Comfy bedding, comfy couches, good hot water good gas heater Draughty from front door, rugs and some of the other furniture needed to be down the tip, very cheap. Looked like from op shop. Also the rugs were dirty, marks. Overgrown trees over the driveway hitting the car.

Also tv didnt work properly if that’s important for your stay.

- Georgepaul (5/5): Beautiful place Port Fairy, with a spring clean and some TLC, the house could be more comfortable. - Location, easy walk everywhere. Garden was lovely, relaxing to sit outside when the sun was out. One of the bathrooms was new so that was nice. Beds were comfortable. No dryer or even a clothes airer, pegs on the line were old/broken. One towel each for six days, so a dryer would have been helpful. Place needs a good spring clean and some TLC, just not inviting really to want to sit and relax inside hence why we sat outside when it wasnt raining. Second bathroom/laundry shower was a little pokey.
