• Michelle (10/5): Perfect Canvas for a Glorious Weekend - The home is in a quiet street. Our host was incredibly communicative via text and also with the information folder in the home. In fact the owner encouraged us to check in early and leave late as the previous guests had checked out the day befroe we were to arrive. That generous spirit was much appreciated. We loved all the extra living spaces so we could have space when needed and congregate together too. The pool table and the additional fridge were extra bonuses. The owner is very generous in stocking the Nespresso machine! We made good use of the deck for reading, eating and games. The outdoor bbq/kitchen was very inviting although we didn't end up using it on this visit. I think the home even has beach towels and body surfing boards! Less than 2 minute drive had us at the stunning horse-shoe shaped Lilli Pilli beach. Think silky sand and mostly gentle waves, and water that is all the glorious shades of blue and green. With our golden retriever at her magnetic best, we made lots of new friends. The locals are really friendly. We also enjoyed morning coffees at Three66 Espresso Bar just 3 minutes drive or a walk away. And lunch AND dinner at the INCREDIBLE Smokey Dan's! This home was a beautiful canvas for us to fill with all the glorious brightness of our long weekend! My only recommendation would be the addition of a couple of bean bags. We tended to all hang in the one space together and stretch out, and a couple of portable 'loungey' bean bags would have been great. But really, this place is so great for a family catchup or for a friends weekend away

• Russell-bennett (8/5): Good family vacation home - The house was dog-friendly and able to accommodate a number of adults. The kitchen was very good with plenty of coffee pods available. The house was clean and tidy. We would have preferred to have the BBQ on the balcony and the location, while not far from the beach, involved a steep walk which is difficult for anyone with mobility issues. There was also quite a noisy possum outside at night (not that anything can be done about that 🙂).

• Debbie (9/5): We had a great weekend with our family at LILLI PILLI SUBLIME at the Beach - It’s in a good location, very comfortable with plenty of space for our family to enjoy, our grandson had so much fun in the games room & we loved that it’s pet friendly. The home is furnished very comfortably with ample living rooms for everyone to spread out. We did think the outdoor area downstairs could be improved, we didn't use that during our stay.

• Tammy (10/5): Absolutely fabulous destination with a very helpful a d pleasant host, everything went very smoothly - Location was close to lots of lovely little bays and beaches and even though it rained the entire weekend we were there the house had lots of room and facilities for family board games and movie nights
• Shakaib (9/5): It was really good and relaxing. highly recommended. - The facilities and the game room were really good. Enjoyed the Bar b Q as well. Host made sure to provide all the info in detail, which really helped us. Overall, the cleanliness was good, but it would be better to have a cleaner backyard and working lights there. We planned to spend sometime downstairs in the backyard at night, but couldn't as there was no lights.
• Hayley (7/5): Pleasant stay - The house was nice and layout was great. The fencing around the yard was not quite as secure as we’d have liked and we had to block some parts of the back fence off to make sure the dog could not get out. The side gate was falling apart and if we had a big dog, it would have got out because there were very loose panels. Overgrown bushes out the back with lots of spider webs. The TV’s were not working properly and most remotes did not have batteries that worked. There were replacement batteries but none of them seemed to work either. The house did smell very musty when we first arrived and the kids bedroom had drawers but the ones near the end of the bed had a dead bug in it and the ones in the wardrobe would not open because the bed was in the way so there was nowhere for the kids to put their clothes.
• Samantha (6/5): Pleasant - It was very spacious and great for the family and dog. Great location and plenty of linen gear. Very neat and tidy inside. I love the entertainment room for the kids. The yard wasn't done at the back for the kids to enjoy and the bbq area was dusty and wasn't maintained. We couldn't enjoy using the downstairs area. The remote controls for the tvs in the place were difficult to use and the play station couldn't get it working. As for everything else we were happy with.

• Trevor (6/5): Although a good property for a large group not that great for a couple. Too hard to walk to beach. Ok for day trips to o - Spacious. Large en-suite. Nice outlook. Quiet. Nice deck area. Poorly kept outdoor areas. Lawn not mowed. BBQ not connected and not as shown on advertisement. 30 minute walk to beach on very uneven track, not 5 minutes. Remotes not working. Had to buy batteries to get them going.

• John (7/5): We enjoyed our stay. Overall great facilities and location and considerate host. - It was where we wanted to go. The living areas were great. The outdoor living areas were not well maintained. Carpets could do with a clean. One of the double bedrooms (next to the front entrance) did not have a door.
