Guest Reviews
- Chanel (3/5): Not maintained at all - The bed was comfortable and the pool was good. This place is not maintained and is quite disgusting. There were ants and spiders everywhere. Ants in the bin, on the benches, on the floors, in the bathrooms and even in our beds! The dishwasher was absolutely disgusting and I had to thoroughly clean it. It smelt so bad and the filter was so dirty. It also had to be fixed while I was there as it wasn't working properly. I also had to clean old food stains around the cooktop and the benches never looked clean no matter how many times I cleaned them. I also had to use my own cleaning supplies as they don't leave you with much at all. The couches are all stained and yuck and so is the rug on the floor. There's no proper blinds in the lounge area, only blinds that let in all the sun during the day and you can see through them with the lights on at night. Most of the doors are really hard to unlock and lock including the garage door where the laundry is. None of the outside lights worked so we couldn't do anything outside after dark. The management company didn't apologize once and were quite dismissive when I told them of some of the issues. It's also not safe for small children as there are large gaps in the fence which haven't been fixed and they could easily escape. There's also loose bits of fence around the side of the garage. They did offer to get pest control done while I was there but I refused as I didn't want to be disturbed while I was there and this and all the other maintenance should have been done before guests arrive, not while we are there. It was very stressful. I also had to get take away so much as I was too worried about ants to cook. There were absolutely everywhere in the kitchen and all through the bin. The inside bins were dirty and had leakage at the bottom. The outside bins were so disgusting and smelt so bad that I had to move them away from any door and way up the side of the house.

- Colin (10/5): Fantastic accommodation that we as a family thoroughly enjoyed. -
- Carolyn (7/5): Lovely swimming pool and big house but needs maintenance - We loved the swimming pool and the comfortable large house We did have issues while we stayed that left us disappointed as it was a very special time for us with our daughter and granddaughter. I had done a lot of research to make this a memorable trip but we had a few incidents and felt for what we paid it was over priced
My daughter opened the cupboard above the sink to get out the blue plastic glasses and the whole shelf fell out and hit her hard above her eye causing pain and a bruise - the shelf was to loose fitting in the cupboard
I dinged my head twice - where the coffee machine was the range hood is to close
Stubbed my toe on the deck nails they are slightly intruded out of the deck and need attention near the cloths line
The toilet roll in the master ensuite was falling off the wall
The bbq on the first night was slow with gas then second time we used it it didn’t work as gas was not going through to the jets - the bbq needs maintenance
The front gate had 2 of the slates of wood come away from gate itself - we pushed it back it - needs maintenance either
The door to the garage lock is loose and needs attention
The cleaning - the glass panels around the pool very filthy had not been cleaned, cans left in the pool garden
2 light bulbs on the string lights outside need replacing
Under the games cupboard there were game pieces loss underneath and not been put away
Some of the blankets and face clothes have loose strand hanging of them especially the green one
Old stains on some of the pillows and old blood stain on the mattress protector in the master room
Several messages to make sure we left the place tidy etc
Yeah disappointing
- Nakita (10/5): - Great location, beautiful space and great outdoor area to enjoy
- Lara (10/5): -
- Nadia (10/5): Fabulous, will definitely be booking again! - Spacious, comfortable beds, great set up the deck and pool and large lounge room to fit all the family Nil, loved the whole place
- Georgia (9/5): Fantastic property - would definitely stay again. -
- Natalie (10/5): Comfortable, relaxing, holiday went too quick. - We had a wonderful stay at the Tropical Coolum Beach House! The beds were extremely comfortable one of the best sleeps we’ve had away from home.
As someone who brings my own natural bathroom products everywhere, I really appreciated that the house was stocked with natural products not just in the bathrooms but throughout the home. It’s such a thoughtful touch and made me feel right at home.
The kids absolutely loved the pool even though it was freezing, they didn’t want to get out!
Great location, close to everything you need.
- Jodie (7/5): Meh. - The location The stained furniture. The stained doona. The timed access is rude. If it’s ready for use why not make it available? We left at 8:30 on our departure date should we be entitled to a refund? No, so hence my comment about the timed access.
- Anderson (10/5): Perfect holiday house - It looked exactly like the photos. It was nice and clean and the staff were helpful when I rang with a question.
- Josh (9/5): Superb - Very kid friendly. Indoor, outdoor and pool toys supplied. Kids flat wear, cutlery, seats, everything. Made our trip extremely easy.
Location is great
Plenty of great places to eat in the area Bathrooms have no floor drains so they get a bit flooded when you have a shower. That little nit pick is about it,
- Cassandra (8/5): Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would consider staying again. - We liked the layout of the house and its furniture. It was light and comfortable. Plenty of room for us all. Kinda wished we didn't have to leave :) We were disappointed with the pool. It was a little dirty, mostly leaves. We tried to clean it but couldn't get the cleaner thing to work properly. Both boys ended up with itchy skin after being in the water only on the steps. We decided to just skip the pool. We also noticed some of the blinds were not working properly. The one in the main bedroom with ensuite wouldn't roll down all the way.
Another issue we had was ordering takeaway for delivery. We were told that our area was unserviceable, and that was by a taxi as well.
- Christopher (8/5): Very good -
- Alinda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tristan (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect holiday house, spacious yet cosy.
- Debra (9/5): A great spot to relax, and catch up with family - The house was light, bright, clean and comfortable... with spaces to just sit and relax. Everything that we needed for our stay was provided. It was also fantastic to be introduced to locally made products i.e. Saya and Kin Kin. It was an absolutely delightful stay. beautiful decor. nothing to add here, the place was great.
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marin (10/5): Great communication, great location, very clean, very comfortable. - The property was bigger than expected and very tidy. Jonathan was very helpful and great with communication. The location is good with everything including the beach nearby. I’d have to be very nit-picky to find something, but the only thing I could think of is that there were quite a few leaves in the pool and we couldn’t work out how to use the stove haha.
- Yvonne (9/5): Wedding week - We found everything we needed was there. Beds were comfortable. The only downfall was the stairs at the front door. They need a rail to hold on to as my 80 plus year old parents struggled to get in, especially when we were not home to help them.
- Baig (10/5): Exceptional - This spot has a good distance from Noosa and Sunshine Coast as well as Cullum beach. The house have all appliance and stuff necessary to enjoy your chill so just pack your personal things in your luggage. Swimming pool and all other areas are clean and tidy.
- Sarah (10/5): perfect location different areas of the home for entertainment - A lovely open airy property very clean you couldn’t ask for more. everything was good
- Danielle (10/5): Such a great stay - Everything was just so comfortable and high quality! Linen, pillows, couches, beanbag, throw cushions. All the finer details! Nothing
- Phillip (10/5): Exceptional -
