• Leena (10/5): Cosy and clean place at Sandy Point - A clean and comfortable stay all in all. The house contains everything you need for a stay. Woke up and saw the cows in the meadow behind the house, so cute! Went to the beach in the morning for a glorious swim. Hoping to be back soon! We arrived when it had already gotten dark, so didn't realise there was fire wood outside. Maybe a mention about them somewhere or a few logs inside would be great. (Not a big issue at all, but just a tip.) Bunk beds a little squeky, but we still slept very well.

• Harry (9/5): - Great location and property was fairly small but very well appointed with new equipment. Lovely garden. Lots of local wildlife and beautiful beach very close. Nothing much everyone liked the place. Two couples so and extra sofa type chair would have been handy.

• Yi (7/5): Fair but can be better. - There are few things we are not happy about: 1. Charging electric vehicle is not allowed in this accommodation. The nearest charger is only 22kwh and is 700 meters away. It will take more than 2 hours to charge a car. Though this is not mentioned in the description otherwise charging will be organised in Fish creek. 2. House rules specifies that due to the fact that the accommodation has solar installed, washing machine, dish washer should only be used during the day. Again very tourist unfriendly for those only staying for one night. Again this was not mentioned in the description. 3. Tank water is used for hot water. Once used up it takes the entire night to heat up again. It is advised in the room but not the online description. 4. Lots of personal stuff stayed in the accommodation. Many drawers marked “Private”. Fridge is half full with many frozen food. Extra towel is $4.00 each. Much more precise description is required on Booking. These are the things which I look at when choosing an accommodation.

• Michael (10/5): Stunning surroundings to relax and enjoy all the beautiful Sandy Point has to offer. - So welcoming, with everything you possibly need and a lot more. The garden and outlook is beautiful . So much care and attention has been given to make the hideaway the fabulous home away from it is . Thankyou also for the beautiful safe secure back garden for our four legged member of our family .. We loved it all.

• Esther (10/5): Fabulous. Beautiful. Loved it. - What a beautiful place to stay! My partner and I had such a wonderful time here. The beach is vast and basically empty of crowds. There are beautiful paths nearby for short bush walks. We also drove to Wilson's Prom and Phillip Island from the house, so there's lots to do beyond hanging out at the beach! I also love that this house is clearly also used by the owner because it is well-stocked and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I hate staying at Airbnbs or houses that are clearly just for rentals because they tend to be less thoughtfully equipped and it's obvious that the owners don't know what it's like to live there. This home really has everything you need. Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom essentials, etc. The only thing to note (for fellow coffee addicts like me) is that the owner is clearly a TEA drinker haha. So bring your own french press and beans to make coffee! Nothing

Nice and modern, extremely clean/tidy, awesome sized backyard with a view, heaps of kitchen utensils, fireplace, entertainment, super cozy beds, the list goes on. Jonathan was kind and extremely helpful with anything we needed for our stay and was always just a message away. Would recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay in Sandy Point or close to Wilson’s Prom.

• Bernaoksuz (9/5): Superb - When we arrived, we were welcomed by a wonderful fireplace, chopped firewood, a clean house, and everything we could possibly need in the home. Overall it was a calm, stress-free, and seamless experience. The only downside of the house, really, is not specific to it but more of an issue with the area — there aren’t many market options nearby. However, we managed this without any problems. Easy to find, clear instructions, very comfortable rooms, all amenities, great location to stay in, bird life, wildlife, near (driving) to Wilson’s Prom, walking to the beach. Could not have asked for more than we got. Everything was great.
• Tasleem (10/5): Amazing place in Sandy Point - We had an amazing two-night stay at John and Anne's beautiful two-bedroom house. The place was immaculate, with all the facilities we needed to feel comfortable. The peaceful backyard offered stunning views of open fields, flocks of birds, and the chance to capture breathtaking views of the stars and Milky Way at night. Our family, including our teenager, thoroughly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. We spent time watching movies and explored nearby Wilsons Promontory, where we were lucky enough to catch a gorgeous sunset. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you, for keeping the house so clean and tidy and for such a memorable stay. Booking it for only 2 nights, otherwise our stay was great.

The property was well supplied with linens, kitchen utensils and equipment, and everything we needed. We enjoyed the quiet location and the backyard space. This was a very comfortable place to stay and it met all of our needs.

• Rebeca (9/5): Perfect spot for a few days away. - Great kitchen. Beautiful yard and views to the paddocks beyond. Quiet spot. Comfy beds. Fire place we didn’t get a chance to use because weather was mild. Nothing.
• Rowena (9/5): A home away from home... - It was a very well equipped cabin from the kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Very cosy and clean. A very inviting lush green grass. The back overlooks cattles grazing which were quite calming to watch! They supplied extra goodies upon arrival, a bowl of apples, chocolates, a bag of muesli and 2Ls of milk. Shallow Inlet was a short drive, great for spotting starfish, crabs and fishing. Waratah Beach was walking distance and the general store was well supplied (but expensive, about double what you would normally pay). Next door to the store was minigolf too, but we didn't get a chance to play. The closest restaurant (about 16 min away) was Fish Creek Hotel. The drive to Wilson's Prom beaches was about 50 min (eg. Whiskey Bay, Norman Bay) and free to visit for the day. Sandy Point has many local koalas, spotted two at neighbouring trees across the road. Keep an eye out, they are hard to see! I particularly liked the diary of comments and feedback left by past guests, all very positive too :) It was a very good base for exploring nearby townships and the Wilson's Prom National Park with its own treasures nearby too! Maybe the fact that fencing on one side is quite see through/low...we could see everything on their side and vice versa. The neighbours seemed very to themselves even though we said hello...perhaps they are over seeing new guests all the time?😅 It didn't spoil our stay at all though!
