• Sima (10/5): We had good time with family. - Property on the good location. Everything was comfortable. Best one is family board games. We had fun time. Provided coffee stick was expired. One vacuum cleaner is recommended.
• Cassandra (9/5): Wonderful holiday house for our family. - Excellent provision for a baby with safety gate, travel cot and high chair. Great location, walk to tidal pool, park, restaurants and shops. Mostly very well-equipped. There was a very limited selection of games for kids, disappointing for our family as it was a feature listed in the description but maybe they have gone missing over time. The kitchen has a coffee machine but no cups to fit it. We also would have appreciated a strainer for cafetiere coffee grounds, and a grater.

• Satheesh Kumar (10/5): Very good experience - Prime location, Pleasant stay, good facilities and amenities.. Cost could have been slightly lesser.
• chalise (10/5): - The house was neat and clean and located very close to everything you need. The house was big and was very cool , even the temperature was above 40c don't need AC . I am not a big fan of induction cooktop as it doesn't work on some of our cooking pots but was ok.

• Sam (7/5): Comfortable home with water views - Overall the house was comfortable and well appointed. Good location, walkable to main shopping area. The bathroom and toilet don’t have window furnishings which made using these at night somewhat unnerving as female guests. Hosts were very responsive with requests.
• Despina (7/5): The house was in a great location and close to restaurants and shops. It wa very spacious as well. - Excellent Location, the house was great design. The bedroom (in the back of the house) had a padlocked cupboard ( no space for clothes), the bedside table lamp did not work. No privacy in main bathroom and bedrooms- main bedroom should have had sheers as well, other bedroom no blinds. The pink etc keys did not work for the large doors downstairs, the pink key would go in the slot and turn however wouldn’t actually unlock the door. The front porch light did not work. Only one bath towel provided each of us we should have at least two and beach towels as well. Also due to windows being open in particular large windows, bedrooms etc created a significant draft throughout the whole house and rattling of doors etc. We did manage to close some windows however the large ones downstairs were out of reach and the locked bedrooms seem to have windows still open as we could hear the wind.

Light and spacious. - Easy to get breakfast, within 100m walk, short walking distance to all restaurants, ocean view, balcony, quiet location and spacious bedrooms. Except for master bedroom, when using hot water, shower or hand basin the pipes were making knocking noises.

• Georgie (10/5): Beautiful, amazing, unforgettable :) - Beautiful location and lovely house. Stunning views and move and close to town. No cooling but in saying that the house didn’t get to the point of unbearable even when temp was in the mid 30’s
• Andrew (6/5): A lot of potential, but bad first impressions as the host forgot we were arriving. - -Location was great - close to all the shops in Kingscote. -It was quite spacious inside -View of the ocean Unfortunately we had a very bad first impression as the host had forgotten that we were arriving and the property was not cleaned on arrival. That caused a lot of inconvenience. The host quickly got cleaners to come around to get it resolved. One of the bathrooms does not have curtains. The host explained this was intentional architecturally. However we did not feel comfortable to use that bathroom for showering. The place was not cleaned very well with hair found in the beds. Maybe this was due to the rushed cleaning.

• Paul (3/5): Not a good feeling to stay for a holiday - Booked a 4 bed rooms house for 4 adults but one bed room was locked with no access. No milk for tea or coffee on arrival. No detergent for washing dishes Only one key for 4 persons. Very inconvenient for 2 nights

• Grace (8/5): Beautiful sunrise from the balcony - Enjoy sunrise straight from the balcony! Nice house for friends and family holiday. Great location in Kingscote. Some bedrooms have missing blinds, apart from privacy, it also makes it difficult if you want to stay in bed longer in the morning. Very minimal furniture inside bedrooms is a bit inconvenient. Most bedrooms are not large enough for chair and table, adding small stool and hooks may help.

• Heather (5/5): disappointing - could not fully enjoy the location as could not access upstairs balcony and owners did not respond to message about this problem access to balcony 1 bedroom was not made , had no curtains or blinds and its wardrobe was full of cleaning etc material and could not be used by us There was only one cake of soap and one roll of toilet paper for 4 adults!

• Meredydd (8/5): Very good - The view was spectacular and everything inside was comfy. The outside of the house looked like it needed a new coat of paint, was very deceptive from the outside as to the awesome inside

Lovely view Had everything we needed Felt extremely insecure in the shower room without window blinds, especially after dark. Considering, that property backyard is easily accessible, anyone could walk in and look into the window. No blinds on windows in back bedroom as well. Pillows and mattresses are too hard on most beds.

• Felicity (10/5): Had a fabulous time. Travelled all round the island and it was a joy to return 'home' each night. - The supermarket was a short walk from the unit and we stocked up for breakfast. All amenities at the unit plus a few essentials to get us going. I think the cleaner must have forgotten to put the tea towel and rubbish bag in the unit. But there was a dishwasher so we just used that all the time and our own disposable bags so it was no big deal. just odd.
