- NatCV (5/5): Great location but cleanliness left a lot to be desired. - It was great that we were able to collect the keys from the office of the property manager. The property manager provided two sets of keys, as well as some information about the house. The bed mattresses were good. It was good to know in advance that we needed to provide our own linen and towels. The location of the house is great. The house wasn't very clean but a $150 cleaning fee is included in the charge for this accommodation. It would be great to let people know that providing your own linen and towels also means providing your own toilet paper, tea towels, etc. When we turned up at the end of the day, we found that there was no toilet paper! We had to go out straight away to get toilet paper and some other cleaning supplies! The floor was dirty throughout the house, there was mould in the shower and the drain of the bathroom sink. We were able to sweep the floors, which helped a lot, but the floor was sticky in some places. The bathroom mirror was dirty, the tiles behind the stove were also dirty. When we got out the dinner plates, they were stuck together with tomato sauce. The electric frying pan was dirty with oil and, when we used it, kept turning off! The blankets were dusty. On our third night there, the TV stopped showing a picture. When we notified the management about this, we received no reponse. The structure of this house is great and the location is also great. A stay there would be greatly improved by better cleanliness and information about what you need to bring for your stay.

- Tim (7/5): Good - The location was great, the house was just what we needed. Close to beaches and shops, and also the town center. Was quiet with minimal traffic noise. The front door could be a bit more secure, and the TV wouldnt pick up channels, only YouTube.

- Pankaj (6/5): with the great location, I would say this is passable. - Location is great with Flynns beach just under 500m. This property doesn't have linen in it's premises so guests need to take note and carry their own. The amenities are just basic.
- Rodney (4/5): At such short notice we were grateful for an available property - The admin / reception staff and procedures were as good as I have ever experienced Property lawns and gardens were unkept. No air conditioning. One pedestal fan and no extension cord to enable use in either bedroom. The lounges are easily the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on.

- Liam (7/5): Basic but good value for money house in top location. - The location is fantastic, very near to the beaches and especially Flynns. The house is basic but the veranda out the back, looking over the hills in the distance, really makes it. The place really needs a good clean. The bathroom was dirty and there were socks, underwear, etc., left under the beds. Gives an idea of how thoroughly the place had been cleaned.
