• Andrew (8/5): Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. - Terrific position, with great views and close to the restaurant. The deck makes full use of the view. Some of the jets on the BBQ didn’t work and some of the mattresses on the beds were soft and wobbly.

• Krw (8/5): Great location - Keys were available early and easy to get at the key lock. The single beds were very uncomfortable - no support at all. The house is also very hot / it needs more fans.

• Gerlinda (4/5): Despite the stunning view and beach proximity, the stay was largely disappointing due to comfort and cleanliness issues. - The proximity to the beach and the view. Regrettably, our experience fell short of expectations. The accommodation's sleeping arrangements were uncomfortable, with beds consisting of mattresses stacked upon each other, leading to such discomfort that my husband opted to sleep on the floor instead. Upon arrival, we found the cleanliness of the property to be below standard. The rooms were very dusty, and the kitchenware, including cutlery, utensils, pots, and plates, along with the kitchen benches, required thorough cleaning before they could be used. Additionally, the floor was covered in sand. The property lacked air conditioning, offering only pedestal fans for cooling, which proved inadequate. Furthermore, the bath was unusable due to a malfunctioning push plug. The furniture, including a leather couch, was old and in dire need of updating. The couch shed small pieces of peeling leather, which was quite uncomfortable and messy. Another point of discomfort was the absence of fly screens, which allowed mosquitoes free entry, significantly detracting from our stay's enjoyment. We believe that attention to these areas could greatly enhance the experience for future guests. It is with hope that this feedback is received as constructive, with the aim of improving the quality and comfort of the accommodation.

• Craig (8/5): We will definitely be back! - Loved the layout of house, the deck, and the location Although a very humid weekend the house had no airflow. Pedastal Fans need replacing and I would highly recommend ceiling fans. Also master matress is extremely old and needs replacing. Everything else was PERFECT 🥰
• Angela (4/5): Disappointing stay - View was amazing, location was great. No aircon or ceiling fans, it made the heat from our stay so unpleasant half our family went home 2 days early. Half the windows don't open and no insect screens so it was a hot box and mosquito haven as it backs onto swamp land. The bedding felt old and dirty and bedroom tvs can't be used. All up it is extremely overpriced for what you get :(
• Robbins (7/5): Good - The view and location. it was great to have a dryer to dry things in the rain. The master bed was very uncomfortable and the furniture was old and worn. It was hot and there were no fly screens on the windows in the hall so lucky the mosquitos weren't too bad.
• Tammy (7/5): Good - The location on a quiet street next to the passage was unreal. The house design really capitalises on this - sand and water play, and dolphin watching all weekend long! Some fans and window coverings would have made the stay so much more comfortable.

• Angela (7/5): Mixed bag. Great location. Grubby accommodation. - The location is beautiful. The sunset was unbelievable. The cleanliness was appalling. Both Queen beds had black hairs on the sheets. My single bed was ok. But we wondered if the Queen sheets had even been washed! The kitchen has a grungy feel about it with an abundance of used condiments which is very unappealing. The house is generally shabby and needs TLC. Some of the glassware was grubby. Kmart has gassed for $2 perhaps an upgrade? A shame really because the location is terrific.
• Carolyn (8/5): we will be back ☺️ - location was great. the deck was amazing and we ate outside for all our meals which was so nice. really appreciated all the condiments and kitchen items as it saved us having to buy any and loved the bottle of wine in the fridge. great service from the team too! the main bedroom bed needs a new mattress but other than that the property is great!

No air conditioning or ceiling fans in any room. Most windows had no screens so you had to choose between getting bitten or overheating

• Russell (3/5): Not worth the price at all, just paying for a veiw - View from deck and really nice location, size of house was really open Wasn't cleaned properly, no privacy at all on any window's, very run down, furniture is all out dated beds are Very old and stains on sheets. Blinds on patio had nothing to tie them down and woke up at 4am to them hitting the roof and apparently that's our fault to know the weather at that time of morning, electrical cords behind beds are exposed and dosnt meet Australian standards, someone could be seriously hurt I could go on with what's wrong but we all get the idea.
