There is so many options for relaxing, with the games room, deck, sunroom, large loungeroom to sitting on the wharf fishing, swimming or just taking in the beautiful view.

• Dallas (10/5): Everything was great! :) Looking forward to heading back. - We stayed at The Jetty House in Jervis Bay for 4 days over the Christmas holidays and had a fantastic time. The kids loved being able to walk straight out the backyard and into the clean water, swimming, paddle boarding, and fishing from the boat pontoon. The games room (pool table and darts) was also a huge win at night and kept them entertained. It was also brilliant being able to dock our boat on the pontoon for the whole stay. Everything we needed was provided, and it was nice being away from the big Huskisson Christmas crowds. We even caught a few fish from the jetty! Already booked to go back — highly recommend.

• Jill (8/5): Position on the river - Awesome! - The location was awesome. Loved being so close to the river. It had a lovely verandah either outside or behind glass windows in case of bad weather. We enjoyed that a lot. For three couples the bedding was not perfect but comfortable. One couple had the room with bunks. We had trouble getting Netflix to connect but a minor issue. We didn't cook much so no dishwasher wasn't an issue either.

We would prefer darker curtains in the bedrooms ie less light coming in. Understand the built in cupboards were locked. A simple clothe hanging would be handy.,
• Joy (6/5): Relaxing and enjoyable stay - Nice outlook with lovely verandah, lounge area and games shed was fun. The sewerage pipes going into the water near the jetty, second bedroom bed was uncomfortable and the third bathroom was locked which we paid for.

• Ingrid Schreiber (10/5): Perfection on the Currambene - Where to start! The Jetty House was absolutely perfect. From the second we arrived, we could see this was a special place and that every little detail had been thought out. The location is incredible. Sitting on the private jetty with a fishing rod and a glass of wine was absolute perfection. The house is well appointed, with plenty of space, comfortable beds and plenty of entertainment options. The neighbours were a true highlight of our stay - from being delivered fresh oranges to just having a chat on the jetty, we loved every moment with them. We truly can't wait to come back! Everything was exceptional.

Plenty of space - all mod cons available plus the games room which is great. Nothing - we should have stayed longer is the only regret !

Also, it was just a short walk to the beach at one end of the street and the boat ramp at the other!!... The cottage was a little dated but warm, cosy and had everything you need. We thought everything was pretty fab!.. Only thing was our boys found the bunk bed mattresses a bit uncomfortable, but I think they would be fine for little kids.

We loved having the boat on the jetty ready to go at any time. Sunsets were magnificent from the sunroom, the games room was fun and the BBQ looked like new. nothing at all

Rooms in the house were cozy, and the air con made it very comfy for the family. Loved the Jetty location and only found out we can have a boat hire be delivered closer to the house after we picked it up elsewhere. The kangaroo droppings both at the front and within property (which could not be helped) made it a bit harder for kids to run around outside but we did love being able to spot a family of kangaroos too!

• Mark (9/5): Superb - Your own personal jetty on the lake. Spacious house and land in a very peaceful place. Callala beach and shops five minutes drive away. Disappointed that Huskisson is actually 34km away but was stated as only 2km away in the listing.

Truely refreshing, relaxing and very easy to feel at home. - The Jetty House is a fantastic beach house, large living space, comfortably appointed and beautiful views of the river from every aspect of the living space and main bedroom. Perfectly designed combination of indoor/outdoor living. Easy walk to Callala Beach. The front deck and glassed in sitting room made it possible to enjoy the outlook at all times of the day, and in all weather. We took our kayaks and loved that we had such easy access to the water. The water really is just at your doorstep. Our small dog was easily accommodated in the house. We loved everything about this property and it’s location, and would love to return. The fourth bedroom is accessed via the front porch, without internal access - which would only be a problem with little ones. We travelled with our small dog, so a stretch of wire across the tall pedestrian access gate would have made the back yard even more secure for her, but we managed just fine.
