• David (4/5): Great location, but very poor service. - The location was excellent, and the view was lovely. When we arrived, we were unable to get the Wi-Fi to work on three separate devices. We also couldn’t get the front door to lock and the curtains in one of the bedrooms didn’t work either. We were promised that someone would come to sort out the Wi-Fi and the other two problems, but they never did. Having no Wi-Fi for two days solid caused us some significant problems. A property needs to provide Wi-Fi if it states that it has Wi-Fi.

• Gurpreet (7/5): Good - We liked the interior design and decoration. Also the location is excellent. 1. We didn't like carpet smell in the stairs to the apartment. It was very bad. 2. The rear entrance to the car park is very, very narrow. I was sweating while entering into the gates. We nearly missed the poles on the sides every time we entered the rear car park. 3. The TV in the main living is not a smart TV. Kids wants to watch YouTube videos or Netflix but they were stuck in the main bedroom to watch all of this. We were Bit annoyed. The TV in the main Living area needs upgrades.

• Michael (4/5): New crockery and glassware is necessary. Declutter the apartment. Timely maintenance required. - Great location and within walking distance of eateries and supermarket This apartment had numerous maintenance issues, including a broken front door closer, an open smoke alarm without a battery, a fused bathroom ceiling light, a downlight hanging from the dining ceiling, loose hand basin tap and faulty toilet flush, a remote control without batteries, to name a few issues. The old mismatched crockery and glassware in the kitchen is below standard and disappointing and needs replacement. The decor includes a clutter of artificial plants, outdoor furniture in the lounge room and mismatched cushions on the couches. Some of the reported maintenance issues were addressed during our stay. Addition of bedside lamps would make the bedrooms more comfortable.

• Venu (1/5): okay for the location- property maintenance zero % - No Breakfast- location was okay property is not cleaned. i have pictures to prove. BBQ is very dirty - i think better replace that one- balcony was very dirty seems no one bother clean before our arrival. i took pictures if you like i can send.

• Anonymous (5/5): Possibly can find somewhere better within similar price. - Excellent location. Great harbour view. Air-con in every room. High ceiling. Large open layout. Bedding were smelly. We had to wash all the bedding the next day and had to sun dry the quilt to get rid of the smell. Oven was out of order. There were three shelves with glass doors staked on top of each other, without being fixed, which were quite dangerous for kids. Not enough toilet paper for 7 nights stay. To enter the property with car, you had to make sure it was the exact angle, as the space was quite tight. It was a pain to enter/exit the parking gate with one go.
