- Ilahna (10/5): - We had a great stay. The accommodation was as described and expected. Clean, tidy, easy to get keys etc. We had 2 kids and 2 Adults, having the extra bathroom downstairs was so helpful to ensure we didnt drag sand through the house. Nice walk to town, even with kids it wasnt too much. Will return.
- Neville (10/5): - The unit was amazing! It was so clean and beautifully set out. The location is fantastic. We were so comfortable, it was very hard to leave .. One thing, not a big thing - no curtain in the main bedroom, things got very bright very early!
- melissa (6/5): Great location, spacious property. - Great size, plenty of space. Comfy beds. Lovely garden and patio. Great being able to walk out of the back gate to the beach. We loved the location, only 3 minutes drive the main street. The house felt damp/wet at times, I am not sure if it was due to the humidity or the beach being so close. The microwave didn't work (but we let the real estate know and they said it would be replaced). There were no blinds on the master bedroom door to the balcony so it was bright very early. We were very unlucky to have construction work going on in the apartment right next door. Banging and the use of loud electrical tools started at 6:45am and went on all day. A lot of items were provided which was great but there wasn't any shampoo or conditioner so don't forget to bring your own. For the price, a jacuzzi/hot tub would be a great addition to this property, they have the perfect area for it.
- Barbara (9/5): A lovely stay in a villa that enhanced our experience and matched the areas chilled atmosphere - Great location, clean, light and well appointed. Comfortable beds and range of seating areas inside and out. Themed artworks /local art was a good touch. Loved rear pedestrian access to the beach. Driveway was a small issue for hire car - would be fine for SUV but had to take care to angle and edge slowly from drive to roadway and vice versa. Construction in the area was mildly noisy for the front bedroom on weekday mornings but understand this is temporary and not controllable.

- Cristina (9/5): A great place to stay in Byron, quite spacious and close to the beach and town centre - The house is spacious at walking distance to the beach and town. We enjoyed all the amenities provided which made our stay comfortable and easy Certainly it was not a cheap stay but of good quality. The living room is a little dark. Otherwise no complaints at all.
