- Barbara (7/5): Great location but would choose another place to stay if we returned as there are many available - Lock box explanation was clear. Needs maintenance work done on the home. Bathroom sink cracked, actual shower area small with bits that just out and we all banged our elbows or knees. Only one bathroom with 5 beds. Lounge chairs not comfortable to watch a movie in.

- Karen (4/5): Disappointing - Proximity to the beach was great. The price for this place does not align with the value. I’ve stayed in Jervis Bay before in many properties and so I guess I feel like I know the threshold of value you can get for your money in this area. Everything in the place was shabby and tired and really made one feel like there was zero care put into it. It honestly felt like a university share house by the beach. The patio was dirty and there’s paint peeling, etc. Frankly, when you spend good money on a rental you kind of expect that the owner reinvests in their property. It’s a shame we didn’t see that here.
