Kim (5/5): - Location was great, close to beach and close enough to walk to town. House was plenty big enough for multiple families or couples. Great view! House needs a good deep clean and update for the price, spa didn't work properly, many lights didn't work, handles were coming off cabinetry
Darius (7/5): The VIEW can cover many sins.. but not this many! - The View.. the view and the view! Proximity to the beach and room are also great. Sadly it almost feels like because of thew view, the owners/managers have decided to drop the ball on maintenance and proper cleaning. From mouldy spots, cracking window frames, salt water damage, holes in ceilings, dishes left in the dishwasher, water left in the kettle, washing left in the drier (not sure if clean or not). Too many issues to mention. Needs a proper maintenance assessment and work as well as dismissing the current cleaners and engaging a proper, professional group. Just needs a lot of attention to detail (eg a mishmash of different bathroom amenities, most not matching and no shampoo at all!). Electrical issues with lights also obvious (roof water damage?).
Kerryn (4/5): Overpriced and advertising pictures are not an accurate reflection of the property. - The location was great - close to shops, cafes and the beach. The view from the main lounge was exceptional and you could spend your entire time relaxing in this space. The property needs a lot of maintenance. The spa was low on water and only half the jets worked. The outdoor spaces need cleaning and the bbq area was unusable. The house also was not overly clean and very old/thin linen used on the beds.
