• Umme (1/5): Worst experience - Location beaches and other holidays spots was amazing. The house was not up to par. We found un eaten food in bedroom drawers, lubricants that that had leaked all in a drawer in the bedroom. The bed headboard showed how it was used and not cleaned. Cockroachs and uncleaned microwave. The accommodation managers were not helpful at all, unable to contact them via phone, email or messages.

• mick (10/5): Came for work but would holiday here in a heartbeat with the family, thank you for a wonderful stay. - Communication was easy and response times fast, Stephanie was amazing, very accommodating to our requests and nothing was too much trouble. The space was amazing, has everything and very comfortable. Nothing, it exceeded my expectations.

We were exploring the area as moving here in the new year and my kids wanted to stay forever! They were definitely won over by your thoughtful gifts upon arrival and comfort of your home. Will be back and would recommend thank you! Parking would be better in complex as there was some yelling from neighbours at all hours which we didn't feel safe leaving car on street. - can't be helped but all I could think of as house was perfect :)

• Namrata (7/5): Overall a good stay - The townhouse. the wine and timtams was a good surprise. No tea/coffee/milk on arrival, No car park available on the property - although that's what it says on the site. Had to find a street parking and it was the garbage pick up day so was hard! Also I was asked to take the garbage bin out in the road when I just checkin in late in the evening on the first day! So basically was asked to take the other peoples garbage. Not a nice msg to receive as you check in. quite disappointing.
