• Simone (8/5): - Very relaxing spot to be. Enjoyed sitting out the back, nice and cool, mature trees and birdlife. Simple and comfortable place to stay.

• Detlef (6/5): Man sollte nicht zuviel erwarten. Für eine Übernachtung ok. - sehr großes Cottage, für bis fünf Personen geeignet. Großer Renovierungsstau. Wirkt alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und improvisiert. Keine Klimanlage im Schlafzimmer.
• Kathryn (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area. - Location was great. Access via lockbox was easy after receiving communication from host. The cottage, although very old was spacious and had everything we needed. Curtains should be replaced. Kitchen tap was dripping and hard to turn off and obviously needs new washers.

• Pia (4/5): - Location was great. Management was friendly upon speaking to them. It took me a very long time to get hold of any manager to get into the location. By the time I got a call back (more than an hour later) I'd disrupted my colleague's long weekend to access information. Then they had to come back an hour or two later as the bed blankets had not finished drying for the bed.

• Kirstin (4/5): Outdated Cottage - Good WIFI, easy entry via a lockbox, full size fridge, ok bed, AC in living area, 1 night stay only, great location rustic seaside cottages with the same very old and outdated decor/furniture from when the cottages were built, sunken shower/bathtub from the 60's, ants in the bathroom sink/toilet area, no access to laundry

Communicatiin with the host/property manager was brilliant! Property is a little tired, however would be hard to imorove given its nature.

Curtains need fixing or replaced Water pressure not great in shower for washing your hair. Dripping tap in kitchen. Door difficult to unlock.

• H (8/5): - Kitchen facilities were good. Was very grateful there was a r/cycle A/c as it was quite cold weather. The property was on the main Rd, so it was very easy to find. The main bed mattress (Queen) is quite soft and worn, so probably needs replacing. The drapes and blinds were a bit dusty, tired, and broken in some windows. The shower floor slopes and feels a bit dangerous when you're showering.

• Nick (7/5): good deal but bring warm layers in winter - cozy quilts, HOT water, good kitchen, comfy beds living rm was very cold despite heater which was a little uncomfy (might just be us as we are from the tropics), unsure if there was heater in rms as no visible units. After a hot shower and multiple layers, it was comfortable. heated blankets would have been amazing though!
• Diane (8/5): Charming old cottage, central and great value for money - It was charming cottage, although aging, it was well layed out, stacks of room, everything you need on the holiday, good size loung, dining and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, laundry area with large bathroom. The location was central to the shopping area and some attractions within walking distance or a short drive. I'd stay here again. Value for money. The shower had a deep step down that didn't bother me, but may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. However, it was perfect for a kids bath if that's what you need.
• Sarah (8/5): Cheap and cheerful. Its in no way 5 star, but its clean and comfortable and well equipped and in a good location. Great - Excellent location Immaculately clean Well equipped Comfy bed and good pillows Good heater/air conditioner More Power points would be better. Only one in the bedroom and one in the back porch that were accessible to charge my phone and camera. Grill on the front step catches your shoes and can cause you to trip No blind on the back porch window opposite the bathroom is creepy at night. Arranged late check out (11am) but they forgot so had them knocking on the door at 1030 telling me to get out as it was a 10am checkout.

The cottage is basic and not everywhere in best shape - but ok for an overnight stay. The host reacted when we contacted him that bbq is not working, fast reply so very good Some minor renovations would make a much better first impression.

Would definitely re book again 👍🏻 - Loved having our own bbq and covered veranda area to sit and enjoy some drinks in the the outdoors with friends. Great central location walk easily to pubs foreshore and supermarket. Added bonus pet friendly too…will keep this in Mind next time we travel with the dog. The shared but free laundry and washing lines was also a great option to have access to. A very minor suggestion A power board would be handy as not many spare power points to run the fans or charge phones etc.
