Craig (7/5): Good location and generally comfortable - Cleanliness on arrival was a bit disappointing. - Great location, good views, quiet and peaceful most of the time Large living space Air conditioners in the main bedroom and lounge room Private Jetty and boat ramp Ample room for our two dogs Fly screens on the rear door to patio and some windows had large holes or tears. Gate hinges had perished - held on by cable ties only The place was a little grubby - especially the BBQs. Found some old food scraps under the couches in the living area. No air conditioning in the main living area / dining area. There was an old noisy pedestal fan.
