Important Information
Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

- Tina (9/5): We loved the Beached Inn. It is in the best location for a family, is quiet, and is handy to shops - The keys are inconveniently located in Nelson Bay which, if you are coming from Sydney or Newcastle, means almost travelling past the house, driving 15 minutes to the real estate agent and then 15 minutes back. I lock box would be better.
- Jodie (5/5): great location house in need of maintenance - Lcoation was fantastic property was not very clean there was sand all over the floor very gritty feel underfoot. The bed was held up by books, and the dining table was sticky. The pans for cooking are not safe as the non stick coating is very scratched. The inside of the oven collapsed when i tried to move the rack to a different shelf, which was very dangerous when the oven was at 180 degrees. It was not good value for money and i wouldnt stay there again
- Teena (7/5): Beached Inn is located in the most stunning area of Salamander Bay. Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful outlook. So peacef - The location was amazing! Stunning! The nails sticking up on the deck & Chairs had rusty legs causing cuts. Electricity; power was tripped to 90% of outlets.
- Mcintyre (7/5): Good - View, location, beds, space Needs some maintenance, cupboards doors that dont work remotes missing or needing batteries, crockery that looks like everyones throwouts. Sticky table top even after cleaning. No wifi or smart tv, no linen and toilet paper. House not well apointed which is a shame as it has some much to offer with space and location
- Susan (9/5): Relaxing few days away with family and elderly mother. - The location was amazing. Single level property, which suited our needs. Great outdoor deck to sit and watch the view, have a meal or a drink or read a book.
