• Lisa (8/5): Very good - The property provided ample space for our group of eight, ensuring everyone had their own personal area. This was particularly beneficial for my elderly mother, who was able to relax and enjoy the company of her adult grandchildren without feeling overwhelmed. The proximity to the bay was a highlight, although we regret not visiting during warmer weather to fully experience the outdoor area at the Cinque. The kitchen was well-equipped with a variety of cooking utensils, cups, and dinnerware, which was greatly appreciated as some accommodations often lack sufficient supplies. While there were a few minor issues, overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Cinque in Dunsborough. Firstly, the information in your book regarding the location of the bike is incorrect. There is no bike in the garage, and this should be updated to avoid any confusion for future guests. Secondly, the surround hifi system was not working, and the remotes for the blinds were not as pictured in some areas. I believe that updating the book with accurate information regarding these items would be very helpful for future guests. Thirdly, the cups and some dinner plates were in a dirty state, and I had to clean them before using them. Additionally, the dishwasher was smelly and in need of a cleaning cycle, and there were dishes left inside. Lastly, the milk frother for the coffee machine had an unpleasant odor, and we had to soak it before using it. it would be great if you could ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned and that all amenities are in working order before future guests arrive.
