Guest Reviews
- Jacqueline (7/5): -
- Brett (8/5): It was good - Nice location beautiful view Probably lacked a few little things that you shouldn’t need to take to a holiday home.
- Debra (8/5): We had a great time, house was big enough for us all. - Great location, large house, well stocked Kitchen items were greasy, and not always clean.
Downstairs bedroom was very noisy with the floorboards.
- Corinne (7/5): Good - Views amazing Not cleaned very well and a few maintenance jobs required
- Nettleton (1/5): Bad - It was dirty and not kid friendly
- Steven (6/5): Nice location but very dirty beach shack. - Location & Seaview were great. Balcony flooring & railing broken and unsafe, bathroom door knob not fixed to door (locked in - we had to fix with our own tools!), mouldy shower, broken shower head, spider webs on sofas and bedding, very unclean beach shack and pool table does not work.
- Emma (9/5): Great getaway house, lots of room for the kids and two families to share. -
- Jennifer (4/5): Beach house Jennifer Kimberley - The view was lovely. Short walk to the beach .lovely location. Wasn't very clean. Balcony is very dangerous. Bathroom tiles . Some have been replaced . But with white, very slippery tiles. Uncovered BBQ it was disgusting. Personally, I wouldn't light it. All rusted out . That BBQ needs replacing.
- M (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely large home for large families, perfect location, very well kitted out. Can't be happier.
- Sonja (3/5): View is great but everything is dirty. - The view The property overall was not clean. Alot of silverfish in the kitchen cupboards. The oven and BBQ wasn't clean.
- _dondons_ (8/5): Very good - Perfect location with sea views, walking distance to the country club. Balcony at the front of the property but also a rear garden which hid you from the sea breeze and was lovely and warm in the morning and afternoon. Kitchen needs a deep clean, dishwasher needs to be cleaned after each stay. Recommended investing in a new kettle.
- Sudhir (5/5): Nice View, But Property Facilities disappointing. - Distant View of Ocean as in the photo provided Beware - Only one toilet for 4 bedrooms, No Bedsheet, No towels ( read check in message in full- I did not ), Face Tissue, Very little Toilet Tissue , No handwash, Floor was not cleaned, Deposit gets released only after a week.
- Robert (8/5): Very good - Location and comfort were fantastic, great response time from hosts, well priced
Great for an easy going group on a budget The house is a bit rundown, a few repairs to the skylight, pool table and PowerPoints would be nice
- Jamba (5/5): Except the 2 rooms all else were good. - Location was excellent. The double bed rooms were good. Lower ground bedroom was musty. Twin bedded Room and the lower ground rooms could not be used after the first night for lack of ventilation. The window panes could not be opened with the given keys.
- Sheuli (4/5): Dissapointing with the overall quality. - To be honest only thing we liked about this property was the location and that was it. Unfortunately we can't say anything positive about this property. The quality of the property was very poor. The cleanliness and the maintenance of the property was very dissapointing as the spider webs, weeds are growing everyehere. Even spotted some cockroaches.Need to upgrade all the bedding. We were told to bring our own towels, bed sheets and pillow cases after the reservation and the payment has been made. One bathroom and one toilet for groups of 10 people was definitely a struggle. There were no complimentary ususal stuff were provided like tea, coffee, soap etc.The toilet door lock didn't work. The electricity was still connected in the open light/bulb socket in the bedroom where the bulb was missing which was very irresponsible to leave it like that as it was not safe for young kids. The cubby house was full of spider webs and dust so it was not in a condition to use it. The owner or the property manager live just beside the property in a granny flat or something which wasn't mentioned in anywhere so we felt no privacy during our stay as his ute was parked infront of the property most of the time when he was not driving in and out of the property which made us feel that someone is always watching us. When we asked if it's possible to check in a bit early, the reply was to pay extra $40 if we want to check in before 2pm.We didn't feel it was value for the money.
- Jamie (10/5): Exceptional - The view, the space in the house and outdoor area was fantastic
- Dris (4/5): Overpriced, bug infested, unclean. - All equipment, utensils provided. Location good. Cockroaches crawling on beds, spiders and cobwebs everywhere. Pool table cover ripped, dodged the cockroaches whilst playing pool. Only 2 chairs and an old table on balcony.
- Matt (9/5): Superb - Location was awesome ease access amenities were great. Pool table could be repaired and maybe I fire pit out back but not a huge deal.
- Alison (4/5): Managed for 3 nights but struggled with the one bathroom for 9 of us - Location One bathroom
- Jose (7/5): Good -
- Jessica (8/5): Very good - Great house, really comfortable for a family If towels and linen were provided it would have been perfect
- Christopher (9/5): Lovely weekend spent with family in a nice place. - better beds, leak from skylight when it rained, ripped pool table cloth
- Gary (8/5): Very good -
- Tristan (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (8/5): had a great time owner was really good to deal with , location was amazing but needs to get it cleaner !!!!!!! - location was really good , and everything there very dirty ,
- Kerry (10/5): A very well appointed house that accommodated the family in comfort. Great fridge and BBQ. We all enjoyed our stay very - good beds and very family friendly. the pool table could use a little TLC, a bit of carpet to soften the sound when the balls drop might be a good idea. Also might consider a gate for the left side path.
- Briana (6/5): Great location, spacious property - Lots of communication prior to arrival about the property and what to expect. The location is great with ocean views from the balcony. The cleaning could be a little better, unsure how long it had been since the prior guests. There were spiders and cockroaches in the house.
- Claire (8/5): Very good -
- Surrey (7/5): With a bit more attention to detail would be perfect - Location was great and beautiful view. House had everything you need well equipped kitchen. Great holiday home and would have scored excellent stay if more thorough cleaning was done and beds/bedding were upgraded. Lots of cobwebs didn't use oven it was dirty and had to clean microwave before using. Beds were very uncomfortable and bedding definitely needs upgrading.
- Brown (8/5): Lovely location and a great stay for large families - Great location for families. Air conditioning upstairs for summer, fireplace for winter. Plenty of space for the kids to run around, cubby house in the back yard and a playground right across the road The floors are very creaky so those sleeping downstairs are woken by any movement upstairs. A couple of the double beds have you rolling into the centre all night
- Yvette (8/5): Great spot for a stay at Moore River - Great location- comfy beds!
