It was really nice to have the extra space.The garden was so beautiful and the units are set back from the main street. The area is walking distance to the main area, but this is quieter. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and reading, then having a dip in the pool. We would recommend this to anyone.
• Claire (10/5): Overall a good find and we would stay again if we came back to Belize. - Great location - close enough to all amenities whilst being far enough away from the bars/music. A good spot to watch the world go by. Well-planted garden and great to have use of the pool. The property was close to two quite tall hotels, which was not obvious from the photos, however it did not feel too overlooked.

• Jan'tel (10/5): BEST BIRTHDAY STAY EVER IN CAYE CAULKER !! - Check in was a breeze and the entire stay was smooth we had our own keys and did own thing. Every room has its own AC controls The only thing is that i did not know to contact via WhatsApp once we water taxi'ed over but luckily a local contacted her for us on their phone and explained this and we were good to go afterwards.
• Jacco (9/5): Relaxed place to explore the island. - Very nice house with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Nice pool shared with neighbours who were never there. Centrally located but just of the busy part, hardly any noise at night. Chris and Pat are lovely owners living nearby, who give you all the privacy but are always available if needed. Good airconditioning and beds with good matrasses. Highly recommended for a family with kids our group of friends. Close to a good dive and snorkelshop and great italian restaurant. All good.
• Sally (10/5): House was simple but perfect for our needs. It was a pleasure to stay here. - Pat arranged a taxi to meet us from the ferry and was there to welcome is as we arrived. Two bedrooms and joining shower room are separate from the living room\kitchen and other bedroom. Only a minor inconvenience, but you have to go outside to go from one to the other.
