Ο οικοδεσπότης μας έδωσε πολλές πληροφορίες καιρό πριν πάμε στην Μπρυζ οπότε μας βοήθησε πολύ να οργανώσουμε το ταξίδι μας. Και ότι μας πρότεινε ήταν εξαιρετικό. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Zeer vriendelijke gastheer die twee dagen voor aankomst een lijst met tips stuurde en meedenkt, echt een aanrader! Ik zou er de volgende zeker weer verblijven. niks

The house was clean and everything we needed in the house was provided. Great communication with Anthony, he gave us a good list of things to do and restaurants recommendations. The location of the bathroom was inconvenient for us as we were 2 friends.
• Peter (10/5): Stunning place to visit and this cottage is an excellent alternative to hotels or BnB. - Fantastic location, literally minutes from the main market square and easy to get to. We went by car and booked parking in advance at a very convenient, secure, underground parking lot which was very easy to do and on arrival breezed through the barrier controls due to ANPR. Cottage is on a quiet side street with next to no passing traffic so very peaceful. Highly recommended.

Petite maison très charmante, sur 2 étages, très bien située car à proximité immédiate du centre historique et donnant sur une petite rue dans un quartier très calme. Accès en toute autonomie grâce à une boite à clés. Au Rdc, une petite entrée, un WC bien pratique, un coin séjour agréable avec une table et des chaises pour 4 personnes, une cuisine équipée fonctionnelle avec un lave-vaisselle et de nombreux équipements et articles, un salon confortable avec un grand canapé, une TV et surtout un poêle qui chauffe superbement bien. A l'étage, 2 chambres agréables et lumineuses et une belle sdb/WC avec une grande douche, deux lavabos et un sèche-serviettes. Hébergement au TOP pour un séjour de quelques jours. Hôte bien sympathique et réactif ; de nombreuses informations et conseils nous ont été donné pour organiser au mieux notre visite de Bruges; encore merci à Anthony. Peut-être l'escalier intérieur ... étroit et plutôt raide mais cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé.

• Melanie (9/5): Genoten van Brugge met dit leuke huis als uitvalsbasis - Super leuk sfeervol huisje waar bijna alles wel aanwezig was. En vlakbij t centrum van Brugge ligt. Als ik dan iets moet verzinnen, een handzeep pompje in de keuken.

• Corry en Paul (9/5): Een aangename verrassing. - We waren positief verrast. Alles was zoals we hadden gehoopt, verwacht en beschreven. Het was een warme week en hebben veel plezier gehad van de airco. De locatie is ook lekker dicht bij het centrum en op de route kom je leuke restaurantjes e.d tegen. Nette parkeergarage op amper 5 minuten van het appartement. Zéker voor herhaling vatbaar. We miste een stoel in de slaapkamer.

• Andrew (9/5): Beautiful little townhouse five minutes walk from the main square - Fabulous beautifully decorated heritage Bruges townhouse in a quiet but convenient location, very friendly and helpful host, lovely living room and dining area with good air con. Main en-suite bedroom was excellent (also had air con). Our host left us two great Bruges Zot beers as a welcome, which was very gratefully received. Second bedroom had no air con and you had to access the bathroom via the main bedroom, so if you needed the toilet during the night it was awkward. The shower’s temperature was inconsistent (cold, hot, cold, hot) and it was too easy for the shower to overflow onto the floor. Some of the furniture (such as the bedside tables) were in disrepair. These were minor issues though which did not spoil our stay.

Well equipped kitchen. Lots of guides and pamphlets. Our host was enormously helpful with advice on restaurants and things to do.

It was a short walk to the city center, and we were able to stop back at the property and drop off our purchases (chocolate!) and regroup. Loved everything!

• Dan (9/5): A quiet and cosy hideout just minutes fromm - Location is superb, house is a good size for a family of four, was well stocked with cooking and cleaning products, check-in very easy. The stairs are slightly perilous, so we were a little worried about our three year old on the first night. Also the facilities/decor upstairs were a little basic—didn’t really bother us but might bother someone else.
• Kathryn (8/5): Wonderful location for visiting Bruges. - The location was excellent. Just a short walk into the main square. Very quiet street. Anthony our host was excellent at communicating and sent a long list of recommendations for eating, drinking etc. He also left complementary beer and water in the fridge. Nice touch! The bathroom was accessed through the main bedroom. As we were in the other bedroom, this was very inconvenient. Therefore we had to descend very steep stairs to reach the other toilet during the night. Also, a mirror in the smaller bedroom would have been useful.
• Mitch (10/5): Exceptional - Location is within walking distance of the main city square. The apartment has been renovated and is spotless, clean and well appointed. We had an issue with the hot water of the shower, but it was easily rectified.

• Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - Centrally located, within walking distance to parking and major attractions. Great host, kitchen well equipped, including a Nespresso machine and pods. The host even left us two cold bears on the fridge to welcome us. Nice move. Access to the first floor bedroom is via a steep and narrow staircase. If you are over 60, as I am, do not even think about taking your suitcase to the top floor. We left everything downstairs and it worked out. Parking, even to unload in front of the house is tricky. One blocks the traffic in the street!

Would recommend to anyone. - Location was fine - quiet, comfortable, easy walking distances to most things. places or interest, coffee cafes and bars, various restaurants with interesting menus. Information provided all good - Equipped well. Shower over Bath choice - fab. Two 'loos' - Good Bakery for fresh bread and cakes yards away - very amiable shop staff - - (closed sundays ) - Secure, clean, underground, parking two streets away - Would highly recommend. Theres' was NOTHING NOT to like, - the stairs are a little steep, but this helped to utilise the house space well. The stair handrail moved on occasion, but although a little unerving at first, once your realised the hand rail 'moved' you became more confident on the stairs. Securing ther hand rail would definitely increase guests confidence If stairs were an issue for anybody, perhaps becoming aware and knowing this from this from the off-set at arrival would help guests feel more 'sure footed' if rail secured some more. Having said that the owner was helpful, cosy little house was really good and with or without securing the handrail on the stairs, , WE WILL BE BACK. Thank you Anthony.
• Sally (6/5): Handy! - It was very handy for the city and it was adequately equipped for a short stay town house. The dishwasher was lovely to have. The fire was nice as well. Comfy beds and the shower was good. There were some niggles but all is being sorted - the host is lovely and quick to respond. 🙂 Be aware that the stairs are very steep and narrow.

The airconditioning worked for heating as well, and worked really well. House was warm within a minute or two. It takes some time for the water to get warm upstairs.

• Ronald (7/5): OK for a short visit - The property was close to the city centre. Plenty of towels and copious amounts of hot water in the upstairs bathroom. Very quiet location (we stayed in January so that might change in the busier months). There was a very pungent smell coming from either the drains or sewers in the kitchen area which was rather unpleasant and sometimes quite strong when we were sat watching TV on the ground floor. The stairs are very steep and in my opinion dangerous I'd say the property is unsuitable for either young children or people with mobility issues because of this. Make sure you know exactly the correct address, our taxi dropped us off in a road further up the street and we couldn't find the property. we tried to contact the host by telephone but it went straight to voice mail. It was a dark and cold night eventually we asked in a corner shop and were directed to the correct road.

• Marina (8/5): Comfortable and very central. - Very central but in a quiet street. The house is comfortable with a good bathroom and good heating. There's a toilet downstairs as well as the bathroom upstairs. Lots of information was provided by the helpful host. Unfortunately we never got to meet him. We had everything we needed. To get to the bathroom from the second bedroom, you had to walk through the master bedroom. The small bedroom has a window that is completely opaque so you cannot see the street. The stairs are very steep and not for the fainthearted.

• Lisa (10/5): Perfect stay for a lovely weekend in Brugge - The cosy little house was super well located to walk to everything in Brugge. It was clean and comfortable for a family of 4 (two adults , 2 teens sharing a double bed). Anthony gave us lots of useful tips for places to eat/see/drink/visit while we were there. Wonderful welcome when we arrived with 2 local beers and 2 cold drinks for the kids… thank you Anthony!

He is really helpful and accommodating, thank you Anthony! We were there for two days with a two year old and a 7 year old, and despite a very steep staircase, it was perfect for them. Really happy with our stay.
• T.c.king (9/5): Cosy and close to town. - Excellent location on quiet little lane 5 minutes from Markt. Anthony provided us with an extensive list of restaurants etc before we arrived and was easily contactable for any problems. 2 good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Living area has a wonderful large sofa and lovely fire. We had issues with hot water to the bath/shower but decided it was down to our own failings. If there is a knack to getting more than a couple of minutes hot water we never found it. Plenty of hot water in other taps so we coped.
• Michelle (9/5): Superb - This place is a hidden gem, only a 5 to 7 minute walk from the centre and in a really quiet and beautiful road. The apartment itself is clean and super warm, plenty of space for 4 adults! The host (Anthony) was fantastic, provided us with lots of information on things to do, places to eat, and places to park our car which was very helpful. The beers in the fridge were also a nice touch! We would absolutely stay again if we visit brugge! Be super careful on the stairs! Not the hosts fault but they are very steep and we almost had a few accidents!
