• Jessica (6/5): The location is great, but being charged 250$ cleaning fee is so greedy considering the apartment wasn't as clean as - Location is great!! It's ridiculous that a 250$ cleaning fee is included in the booking price, and guests are required to remove their own garbage and tidy before departure. Additionally, if the hosts charge that much the place should be spotless upon arrival. There were cobwebs in so many corners and small bits of trash under beds (tags, crumbs etc) when we arrived. I normally wouldn't complain about these sort of things, but when the property charges SO much for cleaning the expectation is that it should be immaculate.
• Roget (7/5): Unfortunately the cleaning service for the sofas was poor for such a nice property. - Location and well maintained property The sofas were unfortunately extra-furry!
• James (10/5): Pleasant stay for a family trip at The Blue Mountains - The place is spacious and the host is responsive. There are ample parking spaces in front of the unit and they're free of charge. I wish there are 1 or 2 designated parking spots for each unit right in front of the unit. We have kids and it was raining heavily when we arrived, so it was a bit inconvient when someone already took the parking spot right in front of the unit.
• Seema (5/5): Passable - Location was ideal It had not been cleaned and there was dust in every nook and corner including on the ornamental fake plant.we travelled with our one year old who developed dust allergy, fever and started recovery only after we left the unit. The bathroom fitting was broken in the master bedroom. And the water taps in the master bedroom were confusing. The red dot indicated that the water was to be hot, but it was cold and vice-versa with the blue. We kept waiting for the warm water only to realize it was incorrectly labeled. The beds were not queen size and felt smaller The sauna did not heat up fast There wasn't a good supply of toiletries The kitchen towel and paper towel supply was low There should be garbage pick up by the facilities folks,but we were asked to do it ourselves. No mirror in three master bedroom. The lock keypad did not always work Overall we paid a lot and didn't get the desired services. We even ended up sweeping the place due to thr amount of dust on the floor, just to keep our toddler from getting sick. But it was too late by then.
