Tamara (7/5): Beautiful cabin but host could be more welcoming. - The property was beautiful and cozy. With a great view of the lake and the volcano. Unfortunately, the owner was not very welcoming or kind. She wasn’t directly rude, but she seemed slightly pretentious. We had a big group of 11 people and wanted to have a cookout. She said we could use the grill because it was part of our package. The day came where we wanted to have an asado and she ended up using it instead. Later saying we had to reserve it. She never mentioned this. Before we left she came in to get the house key one of her first questions was “did you all break anything?”. I’ve travelled a lot and been through many rentals, normally I feel very comfortable speaking with the host but this was not the case here.
