- John (4/5): Nos decepcionó. - Me gustó la cercanía al parque arqueológico y los jardines. Dispone de buena agua caliente. Nos decepcionó, no era lo que esperábamos, queda muy lejos del pueblo y el transporte es costoso. Además de que el personal se acerca sin avisar y lamentablemente una empleada nos observó en una situación íntima, que se hubiera podido evitar. Los desayunos muy básicos, hay mejores opciones a mejor precio. No era lo que pensamos que sería, algo mas privado e íntimo y el staff debe mejorar la atención al público.
- Alejandro (8/5): - Instalaciones cómodas un lugar muy tranquilo para sentirte en calma Entiendo la política del chek -in de 3:00 pm y es respetable pero si por tiempos llegas antes y necesites quizás esperar ahí mientras te dan la habitación o hacer algo en la zonas comunes cómo teletrabajo antes del tiempo, no te lo van a permitir, te pueden hacer el favor de guardar las maletas pero debes retírate del lugar hasta la hora permitida.

- Fabrizio (6/5): - La location in mezzo alla natura e la gentilezza del personale. Avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione, parecchia. La doccia era un tubo che usciva dal muro da cui dopo 10 minuti scendeva ancora acqua fredda (san Agustin é freschina come clima). Sto girando la Colombia, c'è l'emergenza febbre gialla, dengue, zika, ecc... e non ho mai visto una zanzariera, questo non solo qui.

- Mark (8/5): Peaceful garden retreat by the archaeological park - Perfect location for the archeological park. Peaceful accommodation and lovely host who helped us with all our needs and made us food at times that suited us.

- Miufv (10/5): Private paradise - Amazing stay, best kept secret around here. The place is very peaceful, beautiful and the location is great (5 mins walk from the archaeological park). The cabin was very cozy and private, had the creek just in front and you can see/hear tons of birds around, little paradise. If you want a place to relax and enjoy nature, this is it. Carlos the host and all the staff was very friendly and helped us with everything (transport, meals, etc). Don't miss yhe hot chocolate, best we had in Colombia. Great value for money. The linen/towels could be updated. You can hear some vehicles from the road ocassionally during the day, but is quiet at night time, so still had a good sleep.
- Qing (8/5): A relaxing and friendly hotel in the nature :) - The location is really close to the archeological park and a 6mins ride /45mins walk to the town. Hotel owner Carlos is really attentive and helpful all the time, he even sent us to the bus station last day himself. Hotel staff are also very friendly. Btw, we love the music and fragrance of the hotel, really unique and pleasant. The hot water didn’t work for the first two nights, but Carlos was very responsive and helped to solve it. The massage was done in a very very cold room, so we didn’t enjoy it.

Cute Bungalow with nice view Feedbacks for little improvements where given to Carlos directly. Appreciated the fact that he cared for feedbacks when we left.

The cost to quality ratio is a bit off, in general, the place is a little expensive for what it is, be it the state of the cabin (including the bathroom) or the food. We had the christmas meal and while it wasn't bad, it was not worth what we paid for it.

Help from hotel manager Carlos for visiting other places in San Agustin A traditional place with light construction building, giving it a camping feeling but well designed and we'll equiped. A bit of noise from the road. But did not prevent us from sleeping.
