Catherine (7/5): Fabulous view but needs some TLC - Fabulous location, ocean views, direct access to beach, short walk to local shops and cafes. Unit needs a good clean and tidy up. Dirty place mats, coffee spills under benches missed by cleaners. Items tossed in cupboards, including house paint in cupboard with kitchen items. Black marks on floor tiles. DVDs and books in a mess. Overall, feels neglected and needs some TLC.
