Galit (1/5): Don't book !!!! - Nothing. The worst experience we've ever had. Unit # 235 was in bad condition, with a torn carpet, some lights not working, missing and broken blinds, a broken floor, torn pillows with hair, and a smelly kitchen. It felt like the unit was never cleaned and checked. I spent my time on phone calls and emails with RMVT, and all I got was: "Sorry, some of the homeowners are like that." We would leave the unit immediately if it weren't a non-refundable payment. We preferred to be outside than inside the unit. We asked for compensation but were ignored. This is not the way to treat people!
James (9/5): Nice, Cozy Condo - The condo was quite comfortable, and very warm, which was nice during our winter visit. Stop for the resort shuttle was very close, so quite convenient. (If we had been there in the summer: the "community" pool was quite close.) The location was quite convenient for driving to St. Jovite and things in that direction. The resort village was a short drive away, though parking could be difficult (and expensive in the main lot). Lack of adequate seating in the "living area" (only one 2-3 seat sofa) was not a real problem since we had two kids (6 and 8) with us, so spent a lot of time playing games around the dining table. Less desirable for up to six adults who wanted to sit by the fireplace and enjoy chatting and sharing a drink. Could have used a second trash container in the kitchen since recycling is highly encouraged. And it would have been nice to have some information/schedule on the resort shuttle.
Kimia (9/5): Great experience overall and I would recommend this place. - cleaniness and proximity to the ski resort There were not enough emount of grabge bags and washing machine pods and paper towels.
