• Laurence (4/5): - we took a 2 day trip here and it really not like the reviews… the floors are sticky, there’s no ac (currently 31 degrees in the house i have pictures..) the garbage bin is broken(lid doesn’t open) the fridge is barely cold, there’s opened bags of pasta, every sink is blocked(probably by hairs or something) there was half of a toilet paper roll (we’re 3 girls staying 2 nights ) it lasted not even a day no more soap either. when we got here it smelt moldy we sprayed perfume everywhere because we were getting headaches. theres spiders everywhere. the floor is all cracked downstairs. the sink downstairs is dirty and keeps leaking. we understand that it is a great price for a whole house but we simply did not enjoy our time here we were gone most of the time because the heat is unbearable and sleeping is very hard because of the heat.

• Flaviana (9/5): Logement propre et accueillant dans quartier calme. - Location propre , bien située avec des arrêts de bus proches emmenant au métro pour Montréal . Rien à redire pour les équipements et très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Petite aire de jeux pour les enfants à 50m. RAS

• Anna (9/5): Owners are quick to respsond when we had questions and the house is comfortable and spacious. Plenty of towels and laund - Plenty of space, great stock of kitchen utensils, dishes and cooking supplies. This is a great location with so many shopping options in the neighborhood and very easy and quick access to get to Montreal There is not much to complain about here!

The single beds are making noises when you move on the bed. The bedroom window facing the street doesn't feel strong and safe.
• Penni (6/5): Pleasant - Good size. Good facilities Damp smell. Floor in basement broken. Ceiling in bedroom damaged looked like it might fall down. Couldn't open back door which me t those skeeling in basement had no fire escape.

• Lee (8/5): All in All was happy with the stay. Came for Formula 1 and this place was an 20 minutes Uber away - The home was very clean and roomy. Even though we did not use the stove, it was nice to have a full kitchen. The shower hear would not lock in the top position. Pretty sure it is an easy fix.
• Linda (6/5): Disappointing - The cold water tap was broken in the tub so we had to interact with the owner to have it quick fixed. We could not shower or bathe for the first day of our two-day stay. Anyone who had to clean the tub prior to our arrival should have noticed this problem. No discount was offered. Very disappointing.

• Rajesh (9/5): Superb - The house was superb and clean and nice. Everything is kept ready and available to use. With the necessary setup done. The main door lock was a little difficult to operate and was worried little if the lock is really locked or not everything before we leave the house.
• Chesimar (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great time at Le Milka II. Good beds, spacious rooms with a central kitchen where it felt good to gather for tea, coffee, soup, wine , large dinner or a game of Monopoly. Family fun at its best.
