• Sonny (5/5): - Convenient location. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Was too hot, even though heat was turned off. Backs onto the highway and one room gets a lot of road noise.

• Jill (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. Overall a great place and location! - Great location, comfortable, lots of space. Kitchen had everything we needed. There is a shuttle nearby to the gondola. It’s walkable to the village. We didn’t use the hot tub as it was communal and there were other people eating food in it. Only one parking spot available.
• Caroline (4/5): Disappointing - Warm and spacious! Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Check out time was too early and cleaning crew arrived 5 mins BEFORE we were supposed to check out even though I had requested late checkout - the house was not occupied the day/night we left. Disappointing end to our pleasant time.
• Jeanne (8/5): Nice older space perhaps more suitable for winter than summer - Proximity to the village and spacious living area No air conditioning in 30+ degree weather was a challenge. There is one fan in the large living area and a fan in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Numerous previous reviews have noted that at a minimum there needs to be a fan in each bedroom. But this still has not been addressed Parking space will be a challenge for those with larger vehicles The main entry has space for skis and a stroller. The living area is on levels 2 and 3. LOTS of stairs which may be an issue for some

• John (5/5): Passable - spacious customer service was a pain. I called vacasa multiple times wheres the reception and they said its just somewhere there. turns out after calling multiple times, reception is in cascade hotel! wasted 45mins wondering the whole area just to find the reception because customer service was saying the wrong thing!
• Uzi (9/5): Great for family vacation - Clean, nicely renovated. Very resppnsov staff. Spacious for 6 ppl, was good to have 2.5 bathrooms. Hot tub very close to the unit Need to take the Whistler shuttle to the ski hill - on way back the wait time is very long. Have to check in offsite.

• Ampika (9/5): alright, slight improvements would go a long way. - Great location, decent price. Slightly dirty shower, the water drained very slowly, dishwasher might be broken before we arrived because it has a pool of water at the bottom so we hand washed all the dishes to be safe. Carpets had a few stains.

• Virpaul (7/5): Excellent - I liked the beautiful view. I could see the big tall mountains, I also loved how there was a mini village near our hotel. My favorite part was the television in the room! No ac blown some of the light carpet in the living area was dirty and stained ,shower drain was blocked
